This light-filled home features an inviting living room with open beam ceiling, comfortable sofa with chaise lounge, large picture windows, writer's desk, TV, and a cozy gas log fireplace. Adjacent to the living area is a dining area with seating for 6-8. The kitchen comes equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Off the kitchen is a small nook with a desk, as well as a full size washer and dryer. Half bath with pedestal sink is conveniently located nearby. Primary bedroom features a King size bed and ample closet space. Guest bedroom has a trundle bed and desk. Both rooms share a hall bathroom with tub/shower combination. Outside, enjoy California living in the fenced backyard, complete with a canopied gazebo & bistro lighting, dining table for 4, and a gas BBQ. Hardwood floors run throughout the living room, dining area, hallways, and bedrooms. Off-street parking is available in the detached carport, with an additional spot in the driveway. NO SMOKING.
