Staff friendly and helpful but the level of cleanliness was disappointing. Skirting boards dusty and doors with dirty fingerprints.

Nice reasonably priced pub with accommodation
A reasonable hotel with comfortable bedroom & bathroom - had room at front with good view over church. As it is a pub the garden is below the room so there was noise at night . This didn’t bother us & did stop by 11.15pm but could be a problem if you like an early night. Breakfast was ok but coffee was instant which was a shame as there was a coffee machine which is used at night only.

The property was lovely, really homely. The staff were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again. The food was also lovely and our favourite bit was the open log fire and big comfy armchairs after a long day at Heatherton :-)

Great value for money!
The parsonage inn is a superb place to stay. Easy parking, good location near to Tenby and the main roads do explore the rest of Pembrokeshire. The room was excellent, a comfy bed, plenty of space and sky tv. The bathroom was fine, a great shower, but could do with a bit of an update. The pub underneath is lovely, we stayed in for dinner and had a really good, well priced meal. Breakfast was also very nice and the service was excellent. All in all exclennr value for money.

Convenient for major Pembrokeshire attractions
The Inn is easy to find in St Florence and very convenient for major attractions and beaches. However, our room was next to the kitchen and so we could hear all the music and conversations of the staff. We had to ask at reception for the heating to be turned on or off. When we first arrived we were told that the free breakfast as advertised on Expedia was not actually included, but I think this was a misunderstanding somewhere.

Having recently stayed at a quirky boutique Hotel in Amsterdam the contrast was quite noticeable as the Parsonage Farm Inn is very much a traditional Quirky Country hotel and Inn. The staff were excellent and the food was of a very good standard. The hotel rooms however were a little tired and could do with some updating but we both enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is included in the price and was very good and filling to the extent we didn't need any lunch during our travels around the area. As an aside the bar is a traditional pub with over 20 different varieties of Gin and a real log fire.

Sadly the room photography suggested a decent room but in reality it was small with tired furniture, poor paintwork and was cold. Dinner was awful, avoid the curry. Shame as the pub environment was cosy with an open fire and the bar staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a little better but still not up to standard. Soggy toast is always a no no!

Pleasant hotel in centre of village
Stayed for 3 nights in October. On second day went out in the morning and returned after lunch to get changed for an afternoon event. Told by room attendant that she was going off duty at 2pm and wouldn't. be able to service the room, so beds were unmade. On third day room was serviced but tea tray was not restocked. Excellent breakfasts and good food available if eating in.

Just ok
The dining room/pub area is very nice and we did eat there one night and enjoyed it. We had the family room as we were travelling with our three teenagers. While the beds were plentiful and the room was very large, plus it had a separate room which we appreciated, it was in need of an overhaul. The mattresses were terrible - springs popping out which they tried to cover with a piece of thin foam - didn't quite cut it. The carpet is old and needs replacing. The room needs much better lighting (brighter bulbs and more lamps!) - very dim at night - impossible to read at night. The bathroom is dingy and the shower spits hot water out only when it feels like it and alternates at random. It could use a shelf so things don't fall into the toilet! Perhaps the other rooms were better. These things could easily be fixed and for the price we paid, they should be.

Basic
Patchy decor, minimum provided. Grubby/ stained landing and stair carpets. Weirdly narrow corridor between rooms- is this safe/ a fire hazard?? Noisy plumbing. Strong smell of wet dog and boiled cabbage. Grumpy breakfast service. Not great atmosphere.

Perfect for a short break to explore Pembroke, Tenby and Saundersfoot by motorbike. Loved the village setting, away from the main towns. Great menu especially the Garlic chicken. Friendly staff.
