Clean and fresh.
It was just a single night stop. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. Smelled fresh. Brrakfast was bare bones and tge breakfast tv didn't work. However, the nice room and friendly staff have decided me to stay here again on my way back.

We were doing a road trip. This was a halfway point for us. The bathroom was almost wheelchair accessible. A couple lights didn’t work. It was a little overpriced for the quality.

Stayed about one week for work. It was the worst but I’ve definitely had better at even an super 8 previously. The floor wasn’t mopped,stained carpet in the public hallway,more stained carpet in my room. Nasty brown stain on bed cover anddd there was what appeared to me was an roach bait thing. THANKFULLY I DID NOT SEE ANY BUGS ON MY stay or I’d had to find other lodging but it was there right under the chair in the room. Oh and toilet would run,make strainge noises off and on throughout the night.

Old hotel with mid 2000's makeover
Old hotel with mid 2000's makeover. Read 'continental breakfast' as 'No protein'. I.e., 2 bagels with butter (no cream cheese). Should have taken more photos. Used wash cloth' hanging from the shower head maybe they were trying to wash down the sand left in the tub. All in, I wasn't out much money, but should have stayed elsewhere.

The bed was extremely hard and the elevator smelled terrible but we were only there for a quick overnight stay and it was cheap. Window in the room did not close all the way so you hear everything outside.

Microwave oven in room was nonfunctional, the bathtub had no stopper system to make taking a bath possible. The clerk was indifferent to these issues but he did suggest using a wet wash rag as a stopper for the drain…

The only good thing is that it didn't have bed bugs and the bed was comfortable. Everything was broken. Our TV in our room, the toilet paper handle, the hook in the bathroom door, wait it gets better.. the pool, the lobby TV (staff said it's been broken x 1 month) the back door to the hotel. Coffee was terrible so we walked across the street to the gas station for coffee. Staff were polite. Your lotion and shampoo were not new bottles they were half full. So you shared with the last visitors. The towels are paper thin. Basically this was $107 and one step up from sleeping in your car. Owner must not give a s**t about this property. Also heard noise outside freeway as though the windows were wide open.

I would like to say a big Thank You to Robin who was working the desk at the time of our visit. We were able to start our TV in our room but could not get the sound to work. She took the time and effort to get a new remote for the TV and it worked (although with 3 remotes we couldn't turn it off LOL). My complaint would be your TV doesn't have a guide as to what is on the TV, we did have a listing of the stations but it would be nice to see what is actually on at the time.

Very poorly staffed. One person working the front desk customer service, the dining area, the whole place. The free continental breakfast is very very small and not much offered. Most items were very low and running out. Carpet was dirty and gave you the feel that the place is going downhill.

This property has stains on the ground. There were stains on my mattress I have never stayed at a dirty hotel like that. I will never go back I rather save more money to go to a different hotel.

Sign outside of hotel said "new rooms, indoor pool, jacuzzi tubs, etc." It was nice that we could check in a little early howver the pool was out of service. We had two little girls that wanted to swim, so i asked for a jacuzzi tub room and they graciously did allow for the upgrade. Once we got into our room, it was very HOT inside, windows in the hallways of the hotel were open. The closed pool area was not locked and open doors to maintenance rooms in the hallway were exposed. Unsafe......there was a crack above our ac unit in our room, and even opon turning our air to 56 to cool, our room stayed fairly warm (temps felt above 74) the jacuzzi tub had broken wood pieces that our toddler could easily injure herself on just by walking by. The room felt dirty eith wrinkled top sheet covers, stains on the seated chair. We were a family of 4 and had only 2 bath towels. Breakfast area, the milk smelled sour and there were throws placed iver top of the couch chairs in the room. Definitely needs upgraded to a more clean/safe environment.

Needs some deep cleaning
Splash marks on the wall. The thin covering for the bed had a stain in it. After removing it, could see that the comforter underneath was somewhat dirty. Splash area behind the sink was not clean. Large stain on the floor near the window. Other stains throughout the carpet.

The staff person was friendly at check in and out. The pool was not working. You should have a message on Expedia to that affect. Some people book for the pool! I feel sorry for the young boys baseball team that just wanted a pool after their long hot day. The breakfast was Continental, nothing hot except a waffle. The rating may be lots higher than the competitor in their area but this hotel isn’t necessarily worth the extra money. When I’m paying a higher price it better have a working pool and a hot breakfast!! Do better!!

We booked this hotel approximately two months prior to staying there. We chose this hotel for our family stay because of the nice pool. Was informed when we got there when it’s too late to cancel and find a new hotel that it wasn’t working. No prior notification to alert us of this. Door going into hallway did not close properly, had to be slammed shut or it would not latch, coffee pot did not work, cleaning staff took all opened complimentary toiletries but did not replace them. I could not even wash my hands after going to the bathroom because they took my bar of soap and did not replace it. Cleaning staff left a used towel on the hook behind the door from the previous people. Staff at check in was rude. Breakfast barely had any options. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Exit door downstairs was broken and could not be used.

I should be compensated.
It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was fecal matter on the sheets and when we went to get new ones they didn’t fit the bed. Our jetted tub didn’t work, and they did nothing about it. They served curdled milk for breakfast. They closed the pool early because of a bunch of kids were playing in it. The service was really slow and poor. I’ll never return to this specific hotel. I normally write good reviews but there was no justice in this stay. Very sad.

We got the jacuzzi room for two nights and checked out after 1. The rooms window was facing the front walk up to the inside and was completely untinted, so if you didn't realize it and left the blinds open, people could watch you. The tv did not work. There were no directions on how to use the jacuzzi equipment and the room was very outdated and musky smelling. Not unclean though. The check out staff was rude when I was trying to talk to him about these things, but the lady at check in was very sweet. Also, I didn't notice until I was checked in, but the pool was closed. Overall, probably will not stay there again.

I’ve stayed here in the past and felt the hotel wasn’t bad for the price. Because of my current stay, I would recommend this hotel be torn down to the ground! The easiest way to describe the room would be disgusting! Besides things being broken throughout the room, the musty odor alone should have been enough for me to realize Quality is not important at the Quality Inn & Suites. This will be my last stay there and I warn others to beware.
