"Check in was awful, not enough staff on desk 1 member, we were waiting for 20 minutes, no one said I won’t be long or any acknowledgment that we were stood there. Asked for an extra bed in the room, this didn’t happen. The rooms are very clean and are a great size. Bathroom clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower, full handsoap and moisturiser also in the bathroom.
Only 1 still and 1 sparkling water in the fridge, would have been nice to have 2 still and 2 sparkling so each person had an option.
Woken at 8.30am by the fire alarm, this went off for 15 minutes, these things happen (there was no fire) but there was no explanation and now staff on hand.
Breakfast was included and was nice, a great selection, we went back to sleep after the fire alarm so woke up a bit late for breakfast, it was served until 11, we went down at 10.15 still replenishing the food which was good. Check out was 12 - key cards stopped working from 11.30, this was discovered by some of our party leaving their room, to return to get luggage and couldn’t get back in, staff re did the key card, did not work, management needed to come and let them in."
