Staff was friendly. We were upgraded to a better & bigger room. However, the swimming pool hand rail was not attached. I almost fell when I put my weight on it as I attempted to get into the pool. The pool water was too cold to swim in. We disappointed as we had specifically asked if the was working prior to booking the room. Staff was good. Breakfast was not good. Did not eat there the second day. We will stay there again if they fix the items listed.

When we got to hotel it wasnt bad but when we got bsck for thr evening we went upstairs and the mlst horrific smell filled the hallway. It was insane how horrible it was. Anf was still bad the nexy morning. Almosy like something was wrong on thr 2nd floor cuz first floor didnt have that issue

All was acceptable except pool. Water was cold and some maintenance was needed. Handrail was broken and filler pipe had jagged edge exposed next to ladder that cut my hand. Breakfast was good.

Unacceptable. It took an hour to resolve a check in error and we’re almost kicked out. We were put in one room someone was staying in that very night and the place was a mess! We were helped but the overall process was absolutely terrible and I want a refund for it all. Absolutely not acceptable.

The room was so dirty I had to get cleaning supplies from my mother in law's house just to sleep in there. The toilet had old pee on the seat and a huge old luggie. There was a bag a stale chips in the dresser and multiple hairs on the bed. The AC didn't work so we spent the night in the heat. At this rate we would have been better off camping on the side of the road.

Imagine our surprise & disappointment to finally arrive at the motel close to midnight, tired from our trip & having to get up early to finish the trek to the mountains … only to discover the highest light pole with the biggest lightbulbs shining straight in our 3rd floor window & NO curtains to close !!!! It was an awful night with only intermittent sleep for our stressful journey .

It was horrible was promised over the phone the pool was open arrived pool has been closed for weeks. Got to the room it was filthy there was dried up rice on the counter by the microwave and trash by there as well the bathroom smelled of smoke staff said they’d go pour bleach down the sink and toilet to get rid of smell. Staff sent in two people who spoke loudly and were extremely rude one to the other do you think this room stinks? The other no it doesn’t. When they finished cleaning we said thank you and they just gave us a glare and walked off. The room smelled of bleach so bad my kid had an asthma attack and all of our eyes burned. Informed front desk we called Expedia. They finally let us change rooms at 11pm. Lady was mad at us for saying it still stunk and was extremely rude about having to change our room. That it didn’t stink. But I’m sure that was because she was outside by the front door smoking before she would even acknowledge that we needed help at the front desk. Not to mention the elevator smelling strongly of marijuana. Mind you this property is clearly marked as a smoke free property. It wasn’t each time we left there was a staff member outside smoking at the door so the lobby smelt of smoke too.

I expected more from this property since it is fairly new. Here is some of my experience: Older lady at check in was slumped over at the front desk and had her kid bring her pain meds while we were checking in because she had back pain. Unprofessional in my opnion. Take care of that when you are not dealing directky with guests. The pool and spa were closed. Literally the only reason we booked this hotel, so that was super disappointing. Our keys barely worked. We really had to fiddle with them to get them to work anytime we needed to enter the room. Breakfast was pretty decent, we were pleased with the selection and service. However, the poor gal who was working had her 4 small kids there while she had to work. They were well-behaved, but just not the place for them while she worked. The general manager was nice and friendly during breakfast, but we literally saw her on a personal phone call a little later in the lobby talking about how "she'd take a charge if she didn't need this job". Then looked over at us and asked if we needed any assistance when she noticed us. Whaaat? We couldn't believe our ears! It was by far the most unprofessional incident I've ever witnessed at a hotel, and that's saying a lot since I don't have high expectations at a Comfort Inn. The room was comfortable and clean enough. Housekeeping staff was friendly and good. Staff overall was friendly and helpful.
