The suite was beautifully tailored for families, with toys and family dvds and books. The options for dining were of no use to families as we were told they only cook 'grown up' food, and certainly nothing for children. They advised we go to the local pub to feed our children!

This should have been a lovey stay in a classic estate house with beautiful gardens and view but it wasn’t. Between the gruff welcome and being shoved through what looked like a combination of servants quarters and the storeroom, it was the disrepair of the house and room that made Warwick hall an unpleasant place to stay. The room was in desperate need of someone like the hotel inspectors expertises. Breakfast was pleasant enough but again very detached from customer service. The only glimmer of customer service hope was a smiling young man at check out and the resident dogs. Warwick hall is in desperate need of a revamp and new management.
