Located in the city center of Cargèse and only 2km walk from Pero beach, this new and luxury residence will seduce you with its quality services and its breathtaking view of the sea.   
  
This apartment is composed as follows: a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, three beautiful bedrooms, all opening onto the panoramic terrace with sea view.   
The apartment is fully air-conditioned (living room and bedrooms).   
  
The best thing about this apartment: a location just a stone's throw from the city center while being quiet, a breathtaking sea view of the Tour d'Omigna, possibility of reaching Pero beach in 20 minutes on foot.   
  
There is no parking reserved for the residence but a large parking lot at the bottom of the building is available.   
  
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Only kitchen towels and beach towels are not provided.
