Nice environment near the beach. They have nice bar. No drinking water provided in the room. The bathtub is a little slippery. Should have provide with additional mat for the bathtub.

The property is in a very perfect and quiet place Room got condensation water a lot on the window Housekeeping staff doesn't greet even though you greet them Reception and some Restaurant staff very professional and welcoming

Very comfortable rooms, just off the beach with a lovely sea view, kind staff, and near museums, a large Tesco, and the bus station (but 20 minutes to the train station). Would rate even higher if it weren't for a few small things: The bathroom fan runs loudly for all but a few hours overnight. The heating is an old unit that is also quite loud. There are no electrical sockets near the night stands. Though there is thankfully refillable bottles for the shower, the sink soap is still an old-fashioned bar that makes a mess and runs out quickly. There is a space clearly made for a refrigerator but sadly there isn't one. I don't at all mind being given the option to forgo housekeeping, but in that case would recommend larger bins and extra TP. Would still recommend and stay again.

Overall was a lovely place to stay. Just would say to visit the evening meal menu, as did go to dining room to eat though myself and my friend found nothing on menu we would choose and ended up leaving dining room and going shop for nibbles.

Hotel staff very friendly and extremely helpful, rooms very good bathrooms little dated but still clean, breakfast was very expensive £17 😳 per person. Weatherspoons 5 min walk if you want a cheaper option. Hotel says it has car chargers but they have been removed. All in all very nice and would stay again

The heating in the room was very noisy the fan speed could not be changed. Without the heating on the room was very cold. The food on Sunday night and Monday morning was very good and all the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Sort the heating system out it’s not acceptable for a four star hotel. Room 323

One night stay.
Quick one night visit for a family of four. Booked two rooms and got upgraded to a suite with adjoining rooms which made life a little easier. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Decent breakfast.
