### Beautiful 2 Bedroom Apartment Near City Centre

Beautiful two bedroom apartment near Cardiff City centre. Conveniently located to many of the area’s natural amenities, you’re literally steps from Bute park and just a short walk to town. The apartment features a full kitchen with everything you will need. Oven, Hob, washing machine, microwave. High speed internet along with a flat screen tv and streaming services. The apartment is located on the top floor of the complex.  
  
The apartment is located on the second floor. This is the top floor. The house consists of 5 apartments which are independent. The apartment has a large living area with open plan living and kitchen.  
  
We don't allow parties or visitors at the property. Only the people staying are allowed to be at the property. This is so everyone staying in the complex has a comfortable and great stay.  
  
No Parties are allowed and we don't allow visitors at the property. Only the people staying. We want everyone to have a comfortable stay in the complex and enjoy their stay.
