Breakfast is decent - the plates were gross (dirty) - it is the same every morning with the exception of the fruit and cakes options changing. You cannot sit in the balcony area to eat, Staff was attentive and kind. Buses and metro pick up area is nearby. There is a pharmacy nearby and a mini market that is nearby.
Worst part was the shower - it flooded and got worse with our long stay.
Another issue was the AC / it never really felt cold in the room.
Elevator felt unsafe - besides being tiny it lagged.

"The staff was amazing! During our stay my husband suddenly became very ill and they gave us a late checkout, delivered medication and allowed us to stay in the hotel for as long as we needed until he felt better. The hotel was also located in a beautiful and central area so it was very easy to move ..."
