Ok for a one night stop, quick check in and clean room but Def needs more pillows. Rubbish night's sleep with a flat pillow.

We initially had problems finding it due to our Satnav but it's so well located near Carrefour and the main road to the walled city. Excellent value for money.

Nice stay
It was okay. We got two rooms and one had a little kitchenette. It has security at night, you just call and they open the gate. It’s very close to shops.

Good price good service
Needed a quick stop on a long trip and took this hotel as easy to find and park, plus it was well priced. It’s out of town completely so don’t expect any views of the castle. I arrived late and the host was really welcoming, was happy to make me some food which was delicious. Very friendly clean and comfortable

There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but there is a large shopping centre with lots of choice very close

Out of town but great accommodation
This hotel is situated out of Carcassonne but represents excellent value for money. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional and again great value. I would stay again.

Location easy to find but remote
Hotel easy to find but not the access. The hotel is on the rocarde ( ring road) but access is from the back of the hotel and route is confusing we went into a car dealership and Aldi car park before we found the hotel car park. There was no restaurant and you had a long walk to get to the mall with restaurants though it could be seen just across the road. The WiFi was unusable it was not secure and kept dropping out and you had to give a lot of personal data to access it.

Pit stop hotel on way back to airport
Staff were very friendly. Great to have a fridge in the room for drinks and my chocolate! Close to a lovely boulangerie, which is open on Sundays too. Close to shopping centre (but pls note that some shops closed on the Sunday) but at least we visited them on the Saturday.

Plain but clean hotel
The old city is amazing but this hotel is on the far side of the ring road. A modern box. Staff that I spoke to were pleasant. Annoyed that I had to pay an extra 40e for a put up bed as wife had bad back and needed to sleep without me knocking her out of bed. Characterless, not something you often hear in the same sentence as Carcasonne. No english tv.

Cheap stopover
Very friendly reception staff and the room was perfectly adequate for a stopover - good bed and bathroom. The hotel was very convenient to find from the motorway and there were bars and restaurants across the road.

Worst hotel in France??
Probably the worst hotel in France! Filled with contractors who slam doors and are generally noisy all night – when asked to keep the noise down they were threatening and abusive. Staff would do nothing. Worst of all – one group from the UK appeared to be working in the hotel itself and reception just wasn’t interested. Wifi didn’t work for a substantial part of the stay – bed was poor, and standby LED on TV was like a kids laser pointer straight in eyeline. Bathroom was wetroom with a floor which wasn’t laid properly so room flooded. Will never stay in an Inter hotel again – mismanaged doss house!!

We had a car so it suited us to stay on the outskirts. Some supermarkets nearby. Lovely boulangerie close by. We had breakfast here, plus it is open on Sunday morning. We were lucky to have a kitchenette (fridge, microwave & sink), which we had not expected when we booked. Would stay here again prior to a departure at Carcassonne airport.

The hotel is fairly convenient for visiting Carcassonne which was the purpose of our visit. There was no carpet in the room which is good but one of the lights was not working in the bathroom and some of the furniture was rather old. The breakfast was very good.

Location ok. Clean room. Short drive into Carcassonne. Lot of traffic noise on the front of hotel. Quieter on the back. No tea or coffee making facilities in room!! Had to pay extra for a room with those facilities. Should be standard in all rooms! Good size bed but too firm.

Had a good stay at this hotel for our visit to Carcassone. The hotel was reasonably priced and provided everything we needed. The receptionists were very helpful, room clean. We didn't take breakfast but we were very satisfied with the service.

This hotel is next to a large shopping mall on the outskirts of Carcassone. It is a 40 minute walk to the center. There is bus service twice an hour. The walk from the bus stop to the hotel is 10 minutes - IF you know the direction - because the hotel is fenced all around, with only 1 entry. Also the walk is along highways and roads, with no sidewalks. The other problem was that the entry gate is locked at night. It's necessary to ring a bell to open. Then the gate squeals for about 5 minutes as it opens and closes. My room faced this entry and my window was open so the noise work me several times. Other than these 2 issues, the hotel is good.

I have to say this place could be a good option, though it's far from downtown Carcassone, which is not bad and less than 10 minutes away if you have a car. I knew that since the begining and didn't care actually, and still think it's not something negative. the rooms are good enough and nothing fancy, and the hotel itself is quite new so the quality is also pretty standard and good. My only negative issue has to do with a (pardon my French) RIDICULOUS policy they have at the hotel... You can't control the room's tempreature, though they have an individual AC/Heating system per room. I can't understand it!! I was around 17-20 degrees Celcius outside (May 1st) but the room was boiling. Personally speaking I never book a room without AC because I can't sleep if the room is not cold or cool at least. The room was very hot instead and I could get the AC working. Went downstairs and the lady told me "Most people had requested the Heating system on" which I think is OK and quite personal. But then she told me ALL THE HOTEL HAD TO BE WITH THE SAME TEMPERATURE or I coul turn off the system, which actually didn't help. To my surprise, she gave me a "wonderful" idea: open the window and sleep with it open! Wow! Really? I had to do it, though the room was facing the parking lot entrance and obviously, the noice didn't let me sleep any way. Would never go back to that hotel nor recommend it.

A very pleasant surprise to find a very modern, comfortable and quiet Hotel although situated near a busy roundabout and all at a very reasonable price.There is no Restaurant for meals apart from Breakfast which was a perfectly adequate self-service cold buffet.

Ideal for an overnight stop. Loads of eating places just across the road, good commercial site including massive cinema complex again nearby. The hotel has excellent electronically controlled parking and is behind strong fenced area. Reception extremely helpful

We booked this hotel for three nights but we had to leave after the second night because we could not sleep in their beds. The mattress was just horribly hard. We have been traveling for years and always stayed in hotels all over Europe. This is the first time we have to leave a hotel because we could not sleep in a bed. Apart from the bed issue, the hotel is fine, clean and has good service. I will never book this hotel in the future.

Overnight stay.
The hotel was ideal for us as we spent 2 nights here to explore Carcassonne before travelling on through France. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and clean and there was plenty of free parking.

Overnight Stop
We found the hotel to be very adequate for our needs. It was the last night of our short break and needed somewhere not too far from the airport for an early flight out. Located on the outskirts of Carcassonne it's probably not ideal for visiting the mediaeval city but just across the road is there are a few choices for eating and a large supermarket within walking distance. Hotel is quite new with ample free parking, lovely staff and didn’t cost a fortune. Breakfast was in a small room off the reception and was the normal bread cheeses and coffee etc. OK for the money.
