I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee and tea service. I loved the warm in-door pool with towels provided. Every employee was friendly. The beds, showers, lobby etc were all very comfortable. I plan to stay at this hotel again next year when we attend the Truthseekers Homecoming event.

There were signs that no pets were allowed, however there were people with pets, so apparently they don’t enforce the no pet rule. There are some people who are allergic to pets and that is not good policy to advertise no pets and not enforce it.

The room had food left in the refrigerator and on the table. The sink and shower had used soap in it. That’s unacceptable to me. Unsanitary at its finest. The staff was friendly. The breakfast bar had no hot food during breakfast and no forks.

Nothing fancy but clean and good hot tub
The place is outdated and nothing fancy to look at, but it was clean, comfortable, customer service was good and the pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated by me and my family.

The lobby and rooms were clean but had an order when we walked in. It was a strong chemical Oder throughout the place. I think is was carpet cleaner. We did like the beds. It was an ok place to stay

Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are organized and well kept. The only downside is how close it is to the road, you can hear the traffic from the highway while trying to sleep.

Hot water must be extra. It is warm enough you are not freezing but you certainly can’t take a hot bath to soak after a long trip. Hallway is very smelly. The room was not smelly but the hallway was. The breakfast ok. And of course I needed to adjust my stay. It couldn’t because I booked on hotels.com. So I left a day early without getting reimbursed. Won’t be staying there again. Nice people and the room was clean.

I cant say enough good things about the Marion IL staff and property. So very helpful and accommodating. Very clean property. Free Breakfast area was clean and well stocked and the service was outstanding! Front desk and housekeeping went out of their way to fulfill my needs. Thank you so much for an enjoyable visit!

This motel way overpriced. Not clean, beds mattresses pillows worn out. Toilet handle broken, empty can floating in toilet reservoir. Don't stay there!

So my son and daughter and I stayed here for a local wedding. Check in was easy, very nice staff. I immediately noticed that this is an older facility as all the furniture looked older and worn. Our room was fine, but I was disappointed there was on double sized beds, I guess I just assumed they would be queen, but there were no queens to be had. It ended up being fine. It's a quiet property. We slept well. We stayed two nights. Their free breakfast needed some updating. They were out of orange juice both mornings, only one side of the four slot toaster worked. There were 2 waffle griddles but only one worked. The coffee was good and the woman working there was very nice and always walking around cleaning tables or passing out more coffee ( this was more so on Monday morning as there were fewer people there). The selection of fruit on Monday morning was 3 small apples. I noticed mold on one of the muffins. I'm not usually one to complain but this is something they could work a bit harder on. The people at the desk were very nice.

I'm sorry our hotel doesn't have rooms with 2 Queen Beds. We have two double beds listed on Expedia. It's unfortunate that the orange juice untimely ran out but we'll ensure to stock extra. We've ordered a new toaster to replace the current one. The waffle makers were tested today and work fine. The muffins are ordered fresh every week. Thanks for your feedback and hope you give us another chance. Best.

The hotel and our room were clean. The check in attendant was very friendly. The breakfast was very well stocked, hot and great options. The bed was comfortable enough. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It was extremely low. There was better pressure from the sink. We'd stay here again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. I had to wipe down the bedside table because there was some nasty stuff on it. The room air conditioner didn’t work great so the room was was a little too warm for me. There was a semi parked in the parking lot below my window that had a refrigeration unit on it that ran all night and it was loud.

I didn't like how 5 minutes before check-out time, we had multiple house keepers banging on the door wanting us to check out. Very rude staff. Very dirty and stained beds. Will never return to this location.

Check in friendly, efficient. Room comfortable, clean. Great nights sleep, quiet. Good morning coffee and hot tasty breakfast. Came for hiking in nearby state parks and fall color hiking, location was great. Only disappointment, couldn't use hot tub as couple and other male adult were in for over 20 minutes with 2 young boys jumping in and out while my friend and I waited by pool..we gave up....could used that relaxation, one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
