"Stayed out here when we were turkey hunting. It’s a really cool place. The cabins are really nice, very clean, and bigger than I was expecting. There is a bar at the front that is a really cool atmosphere & the burger was really good. This will be where we stay from now on when we are in the area."

"This lake house was booked on a whim and in an effort to avoid a chain hotel for my son’s powerlifting meet in Abilene. Once we arrived and were able to meet the hosts and see their amazing setup, we were sad we didn’t have more time to spend at this law house. We will definitely return for more tranquil mornings, lake views, fishing, party barn nights, and family bonding. You both are wonderful. The house is wonderful and clean with all the necessities you might need or have forgotten. You will see us again!"

"Our stay at the Hill Country View cabin on Lake Leon, outside of Eastland was amazing. The host/owners Steve and Vannessa were amazing. Vannessa met with us shortly after we arrived to answer any questions and give us a tour of the area. This Hill Country cabin does not have a lake view, but it is a short walk to the dock and party barn. We enjoy the “Forest Therapy,” bird watching and the very peaceful atmosphere setting on the porch. We were 15 minutes away from Eastland which had excellent restaurants if you do not care to cook in or cook on the grill. (They provided briquettes and lighter fluid.) There was sufficient hot water, the AC units worked fine and plenty of kitchen and bathroom necessities. We did not use the washer and dryer but it appeared available. Fishing and kayaking were optional from the common deck. We were pleasantly surprised there was not a detailed clean-up list before leaving. We washed our dishes, but they took care of cleanup. "
