Accommodated an early check in for my family. I was traveling separately. My family arrived at 2 as permitted. The cleaning staff indicated that they could not check in until 4\. I was still traveling an unable to retrieve VM or app notifications that there was a change. My family notified me the pool was cold when they arrived.
