"Had a booking for 2 adults in a swim up room and was put next to the toddler pool, while we could see families with toddlers in deep swim up rooms! Where is the thought and logic in that?"

I was expecting more, I booked the view, but we got a downstairs apartment, the complex was empty so we were disappointed.
