"Great restaurant, very helpful staff, fun lounge, comfortable rooms, solid internet access and close to services (Walmart, fuel, Kenai/Soldotna, and Sterling highway)"
"Had to check in at a different location, miles away. Directions for check said " they would e-mail directions for check in". That e-mail never showed up. A note on the entry door said "call to check in. When called the receptionist said we had to come back into town to another hotel to check in. This would not have been a problem if they had told us before we got to the lodge."
"The best Western is very clean and accommodating. The staff was very helpful and friendly and a tentative to all of our needs. We had a wonderful time and will return."
