"Loved everything about the rental. Manager communication, location, view, amenities, pool, house format. As the manager states, the driveway is a bit steep but that was not an issue for us. Our kids loved the lizards in the volcanic walls. Everything we came up with a need for was already there. It was a very relaxing week, as Hawaii should be."

"The condo was wonderful. We really appreciated the air conditioning during our stay. The kids loved the pool, the views were spectacular. We could hear the traffic on the road but it did not impact our sleeping. We would definitely stay here again."

"Highly recommend this place to stay in a convenient location. Very clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and communication was timely. We stayed downtown Kona last year for a much higher price so this provided great value and we found some nice places to go around Cook we missed last time. We were under the impression it had a hot tub which it did not but very happy with our stay and would definitely would make another reservation for a future stay."

"Jim was great and mad our stay very enjoyable. The place is comfortable and well equipped. Kona Village is close (less than 5 minutes by car and a 15 minute walk). The road is not conducive for walking (no sidewalk for a section of it), so you need to be nibble and keep your head on a swivel if you like to walk. The location is very convenient - but the price you pay is noise from traffic. That is true anywhere and Kona is no exception. Overall, we had a great time!"

"The place was located in a safe and cozy secluded area in Kona, Hawaii. It was clean and spacious. Every accommodation was provided that we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom. The hospitality is unmatched! Thank you for a lovely stay in Hawaii!"

"The condo was clean and all of the basic necessities were provided. The one thing we found odd was that none of the bathroom doors had locks on them. The check-in and check-out process were perfect and we were provided with easy instructions on how to arrive at the property. The pool area was nice and clean too. My family had a great time. "My husband and 2 kids (ages 8 & 5) who live in Australia met up with my sister and cousins (who each had an infant) from the East Coast USA and stayed in this house together for a week. It was magical. The house was so well equipped for us, including lots of useful baby gear, beach toys, pool floaties, snorkel gear and more.
