Great boutique hotel!!! Everything was wonderful from the location to the property and definitely the service. We can't remember the name of the front desk host that helped us but he was very attentive and extremely friendly. We truly appreciated all the grat service. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We were a family of 4 and the suite was perfect. From our entire two week trip in Italy, this was our favorite place to stay.

We LOVED our stay at Casa Mariantonia! It was very quiet, and quaint, yet had options like the restaurant and wine bar to experience. The hotel staff was amazing, the man up front showed us everything we needed to know about Anacapri and set up transportation for us. The servers were very polite and helpful! It seemed that every time we would leave our room, the maids would freshen it up, it was so great! The pool was clean and upscale. Loved this area and this stay!

Located in the charming and quieter town of Anacapri (15 minute taxi from Grand Marina), a much more authentic experience on an Italian island with fantastic restaurants and bars, cafes and local shops all on the same street as the hotel. The only drawback was that the hotel's pool hours are 10-6pm, which is usually the time you arent at the hotel. La Zagara is a michelin guide restaurant next door and is in a lemon tree setting, beautiful and pricey. The Capri Palace hotel is a 10 minute walk and has some amazing restaurants and bars, ritzy and very pretty. Luigi at the front desk was very helpful, arranged a private boat tour for us and had a number of good suggestions. If you are travelling with the kids there is a nice kids park directly in front of the hotel, and the town is very kid friendly. Capri town is a 10 minute taxi ride away and it has all the fancy shopping one would desire. Extras: the hotel has a nice breakfast and a small but popular wine bar. All in all, I am glad with our choice of hotel and would recommend it to my friends.

This is a small boutique hotel. It’s centrally located within walking distance to everything in Anacapri. Mariangela was so kind and accommodating! But the star was Luigi! He was always on it and working with a smile! Bottom line…definitely would book again! Thank you Mariangela and Luigi! 💕💕

Good location, great pool but room needs a refurb
Nice spot in anacapri. great swimming pool. Perhaps we expected too much due to the glowing reviews but we found the internal decoration of the rooms quite basic and the water pressure not great. More of a wine bar/ restaurant with rooms than a hotel experience and you can hear the restaurant music in the rooms until quite late. Service was super friendly though although breakfast a little haphazard . We booked the sea view suite with terrace which is definitely the best located room but it is really a family room with a dated kitchenette so not quite what we had expected.

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located along the main street for shops/restaurants in Anacapri. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they really made us feel so welcome. So we had a wonderful stay. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning wasn’t on during our stay and the room would get a bit hot at night. If we opened the windows, it was quite noisy with the bar outside until late and the local church bells early.

The room we had was a Terrace Suite Sea View room, which look over the pool and gardens of the hotel and Sea in the distance. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed. It had one bedroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony around two sides. It was perfect for us as a couple with a teenage child who had a the sofa bed in the living area. The hotel has it’s only fantastic restaurant and also a wine bar and is easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Anacapri and the bus to Capri stops right out the front. The staff are very friendly and helped us with suggestions for things to do.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mariantonia and can’t wait to return. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff made us feel so welcome. Being a family run business the passion and love the owner showed in the every day running of the hotel was really apparent. Excellent location that was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. The suite was spacious, but at a rate of almost EUR 400 per night, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the cracked mirror glass in the bathrooms to be replaced or for the living room furniture to be a little less tired.

The hotel grounds and room were excellent but the service was bad. The booking info said the restaurant closes Nov. 1, we arrived on Oct.16 and it was already closed. Breakfast had great reviews but in reality it was just ok, with the guy serving us visibly annoyed by everything and everybody, especially guests trying to order anything. Pool was open 10-6, therefore useless for a morning swim or a relax after a day-long hike. Booking also mentioned a welcome gift but there was none and when we dared to ask the second day, we were reluctantly given a glass of prosecco. If it were not for the terroble service, the stay would be great.

We are really sorry you hadn't the stay you expected, and you could not experience our Restaurant, however as you saw Restaurant La Zagara is set in our lemon garden which is outside, and as the temperatures are not so warm anymore on evenings we had to anticipate the closure. However, even if the Restaurant La Zagara was closed we still offer the Restaurant service to our guests at the Winebar Vinoteca della Zagara where we have tables inside and outside and a bistrot menù with different choises from our kitchen on from our winelist. Our pool it opens at 10 am and it closes at 6 pm as that are the time where we guarantee service at the bar. Before 10 am breakfast is still open and after 6 pm in October in Capri is allready dark so the pool closes. We are sorry you were not greeted with welcome drink at your arrival, this was our lack, we really apologize for that. Regarding the breakfast we apologize you had the feeling our waiter was annoyed, we will for sure piont out this with him, but I know he really loves his job that he does with passion everyday. We really hope to have the chance of welcoming you on your next trip to Capri to make you change your mind about our service. Best regards

We loved the location. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel for dinner “La Zagara” which was good but not excellent. They gave us an excellent lunch recommendation however “Da Gelsomina”. Overall a quaint and pleasant stay.

It’s a nice property. The entrance is little bit basic and underwhelming, but the rest is nice. What makes it extra special and nice is the staff - they really and truly provide amazing and warm service and go out of their way to organise everything for the guests. The service is way better then some ‘higher end’ places on the island. We had amazing stay and very much would recommend the hotel !

A perfect family ran business. They are very attentive, friendly ,helpful, and genuinely care about their guests. You will literally be treated like family. The wine bar is great. A beautiful spot with lovely pool in quieter Anacapri. The staff were all lovely, and breakfast under the lemon grove was a true delight. The room was cleaned and then fresh towels and water dropped off every evening too. Very clean!

Casa Mariantonia is a luxury boutique hotel just off the trendy Via Giuseppe Orlandi in central Anacapri. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and lemon groves. Breakfast was exquisite with fresh coffee, cheese, meats, pastries and freshly cooked items off the menu such as vegetables and omelettes. The hotel restaurant La Zagara offers contemporary Italian cuisine with excellent service, great attention to detail and a strong wine list. It was the best meal we ate in Capri! The hotel boasts a pool area with sun loungers surrounded by a flower garden. I loved the interiors in our bedroom (which was extremely comfortable) and the luxury toiletries in the bathroom! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would easily give it a five star rating.

Everything about Casa Mariantonia was wonderful. The staff and owners were so helpful with booking restaurants, tours and taxis. Nothing was too much for them. The rooms were kept so clean. Beds/pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with additions like eggs freshly made to order. Fresh fruit, cheese, yoghurts Good sized pool with plenty of seating around. It was simply a joy to stay there.

Dear Laura, thank you for express your opinion on Casa Mariantonia. We are sorry that you have classified our hotel as over price because you were unable to arrive on the island the first night of your reservation. However, we kept the room that you could use from 7 am the next day. Capri is an island and as such can only be reached by boat, public transport stops running after a certain time and it should be the concern of the guests to find out how and when they can arrive at a place before booking. We are very sorry that you could not fully enjoy your holiday in Capri. We have done our best to ensure that you arrive in Capri by the first day of your booking by looking for alternative solutions such as a private transfer from the mainland. Best regards

Beautiful hotel in the best location in Anacapri. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They helped me every step of the way in planning my engagement proposal to my girlfriend. The staff also contacted me several times to make sure my arrival was seamless. We had a wonderful experience and will stay at Casa Mariantonia when we return to Anacapri.
