The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

la pulizia delle stanze era buona lo staff gentile e disponibile la colazione niente di che glu ultimi tre giorni siamo dovuti andare fuori la struttura a prendere il caffe e il cappuccino perché non lo avevano avvistamenti di capri ed ultimo il servizio navette era scarso

"We just spent 4 nights here, the pool was great. It would have been nice for it to be open until 8pm not 6pm. Hot tubs weren’t in service when we were here. The bedding wasn’t the best. Though the continental breakfast was great, would extremely NOT recommend the all you can eat meal for dinner. ..."
