"When I went to check in nothing was explained. As someone who has worked at a hotel before, the staff should tell you the time of checkout, the parking situation, and the hotels amenities. When I asked I was met with attitude. Our TVs weren’t working either with Netflix or Disney+. There was no Internet connection. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. "

"Stayed one night for business. Check-in was quick, and the staff was genuinely warm — not just going through the motions. Room was clean and comfortable, and the location is hard to beat: walking distance to the Metro, which is perfect if you're in town for meetings. Would definitely stay again"

"The staff were truly exceptional, easily some of the friendliest and most welcoming hotel staff I’ve encountered. They made a very positive impression and were by far the highlight of the stay. That said, the hotel and property itself fell short of expectations. I was not expecting luxury, but I was expecting a bit more in terms of upkeep and overall condition. The sidewalks were in rough shape, and it was inconvenient that there were no curb ramps at the entrances to make rolling luggage easier. The room had a strong odor that seemed to be a mix of heavy cleaner and mustiness, which made it feel less than fresh. The bed also appeared worn out, with a noticeable dip in the center that made it less comfortable than it should have been. The bathroom and shower were dated, though still functional. The same was true for the sink area, hair dryer, and closet setup. The carpet had several large stains, especially near the fridge, and there were also areas along the edges where parts of the trim or carpet transition were coming loose, which added to the worn appearance. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed to, but it would not be my first choice. I hate writing anything negative because the staff were so wonderful, but I also want to be honest about the condition of the facilities."

"Friendly staff. Not talkative. Room could have been cleaner. Rug alongside bed was filthy. Long hair all over floor. Definitely had not been swept or vacuum ran. Otherwise surfaces were clean. NOTE: Pet friendly hotel. Would not stay here again bc of that. "
