The hotel is in a good location and has plenty parking spaces. The entire staff was very friendly and pet friendly. Even our dog received a welcome gift.

Happy Stay
Location 10 minutes to Roterdam by drive. The hotel's free the parking lot has many spaces. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Has a lot of amenities. Clean.

Highly recommended
Greeting was pleasant, very clean hotel, staff friendly and accomadating. Food in restaurant was impeccable 👌 had the burger and chips cooked to perfection. New waiter is chatty but not intrusive very bubbly fella. Only down side was we had a dodgy lock on room door

Rooms were nice, bed comfortable. Other than the bar, no food service within walking distance...we drove for 15 minutes to find dinner. Tread mill in exercise area broken. Restaurant that supposedly served dinner was closed. Staff did the minimum of their required job.

From checkin all the staff we encountered were friendly. Hotel restaurant has a pretty good dinner. Breakfast has everything you could possibly be looking for. Room is spacious the only complaint is rooms have no AC and it was very hot during stay. Free onsite parking was great.

Good place, but nothing special.
I stayed here 3 years ago and the breakfast was amazing. That's the reason I went back. But the amazing breakfast is no longer offered. It's now just an average breakfast.

The Hotel was generally fine but... my colleague and I needed to do some work after we had booked in and this required a decent internet connection. The WiFi that comes as standard is simply not up to scratch for anything, when my colleague rang down to reception to ask why it was so very poor he was told that we could get a viable connection if we paid a supplement. It was cheaper to set our cell-phones as hotspots! I regard this as outrageous If I wanted a pay as you go hotel I would have booked into an Easy establishment in the middle of Rotterdam. I checked into a business class hotel.. so that we could do business and paid the price accordingly, I should not need to then pay a supplement.

The service at the counter as well as in the breakfast room were alright. The only comment I have is the cleanness of the room. The floor was full of dust.

Good haven in difficult times
In times of Corona, we needed to stay away from home for home renovations and we know the NH as our office is near to it. The staff is really trying to cope and help in difficult times, and we found the stay pleasant. The restaurant has the usual fare, but we found some of the meals overcooked (hard schnitzel, soft pasta). Some of the administration also seemed unnecessary, like having to go to the reception to arrange for breakfast in the morning. But overall a good stay and recommended.

Great hotel.
A very nice hotel, rooms clean, helpful staff, great restaurant and a quic ride into the central. Stayed in a superior room, good size room and a king size bed. Highly recommended.

The property was fine, conveniently located. My husband called the front desk and asked for extra pillows. A call back to our room informed us there were none available. Since there were only six cars in the parking lot of a 4 story hotel, we found it hard to believe that an extra pillow or two could not be found. Also, we went downstairs to eat breakfast not realizing it was just past 10 am, we were told we could not be seated. However, there were other people in the dining room being served. At 10:03 am, we felt they could have allowed us to eat breakfast.

The hotel was poorly staffed. Couldn’t open the bar on a Friday and Saturday night and people were forced to have a drink in the restaurant and then scolded for been loud when laughing etc

HOTEL IS WELL LOCATED AND REASONABLY MODERN. RECEPTION STAFF ARE FRIENDLY BUT ROOM SERVICE (for iron) EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW AND HAD TO ASK TWICE TO RECEIVE IRON 1 HOUR LATER. BEDS AND ROOM GOOD

Good stay.
Loved the hotel, the room was clean and spacious, it had parket flooring which I loved, no dirty smelly carpets! Rooms were well insulated with regard to noise, no problem sleeping. A good choice.
