They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I have to admit as we were driving to this location we were tempted to cancel our reservation because the neighborhood didn't look very safe, but we felt fine here and the room was good. We did notice that it took a really long time for the hot water to come to temperature. The hotel personnel very friendly, also local people in the restaurant next door very welcoming.
