It is clean, feels very safe, and the staff is wonderful! It is located in a small neighborhood which I liked, but was close to everything with a short 10 min Uber ride. Some restaurants were within a 5-15 minute walk which were very good. While we were there, there was 1 issue with a water pipe. Hotel is lovely and the staff and service is great. My room was a suite on this occasion and it was tired and needs updating. The room staff had not cleaned the room properly and there empty water bottles on the balcony outside and No spoons in the room for coffee. Really great location, walking distance to excellent restaurants and BoKap neighborhood.
