This was a full on 5 star experience. The staff particularly Manfred and David were so kind and would always be available to carry / move my bags before I could even touch the car door handle. The food was flavourful with so many options . The breakfast was luxury , included oysters and sparkling wine. The view at the deck was superb. I loved my stay.

This is our preferred hotel in Cape Town. It never disappoints. The location is perfect—view, proximity to beach, esplanade for walks, a buzzing Sunday market. There’s a shuttle to the Waterfront itself. Parking if you rent a car. I prefer to use Uber if necessary but there is a hotel car service. The staff crown it all. It was wonderful to see some faces and meet new faces—I hope the new stay. It’s what makes the place ‘work.’ You are recognized when you return, even after a long (COVID-era imposed) absence. On a special note: we arrived after the city had experienced a week of transportation disruptions that put pressure on staff. They were impeccable and professional when, in truth, they must have been like everyone else in the city, under considerable strain. This staff would be why we return. The staff were why we began returning, and why we became Radisson fans. Thank you to all the staff at Radisson Blu Waterfront.

Staff are polite and accommodating. Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend! They go out of their way to make you feel special and offer services like free shuttle and turn down

I just love this beautiful hotel. However, I would just like to see provision in the rooms for recyclable items like paper etc. These are often provided in hotels worldwide, as in Canada etc.

The room i got was not great. It was tucked away in a little corner. The place seems a little tired and needs some modernising. The staff was great. Not sure if i would make it my first choice when i return to Cape Town

I had a three night's stay at the Radisson Waterfront. The place is superb, clean and cannot be faltered with friendly staff. I has an incident worth noting. As a non alcohol on Thursday being birthday during breakfast , I noted wine was supplied and asked a waiter if there is non alcohol and the response was no. The following day Friday I asked the waiter with the name of Avela if non alcohol has been put out and he responded that no, but he will go and get me non alcohol sparkling wine from the bar. That's the attitude of excellent customer service. Thanks AVELA! Your attitude will determine your altitude. God bless
