This magnificent apartment combines the perfect balance of comfort and  
class, located along the sandy white shores of Cape Town’s fabulous  
West Coast. Comfortably accommodating 2 guests, Leisure Bay 125 is the  
perfect apartment for couples, business stays or solo travelers and is  
ideally located within a short distance from the City Centre, beautiful  
beaches, shopping malls and historical sites.  
  
This stunning one-bedroom, self-catering apartment provides guests with  
everything needed for an unforgettable getaway with complete  
convenience. The apartment features an open plan living space including  
a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area and an intimate seating  
area for 4 which leads out to a beautifully lush shared garden. The  
large glass sliding doors allow for an abundance of natural light and  
fresh air to fill the room as well as sensational views of the iconic  
Table Mountain and the majestic Atlantic Ocean. The well appointed  
bedroom offers a queen bed and makes use of a shared bathroom with a  
sizeable shower, toilet and basin.  
  
Additional amenities include internet access, a flat-screen TV with  
DSTV, a communal outdoor pool to enjoy in the warmer seasons, secure  
parking, concierge services as well as all linen and towels provided  
with your stay.  
  
A stay at Leisure Bay 125 will leave you wanting to return time after  
time, whether you are soaking in your surroundings of the accommodation  
or exploring the multiple attractions Cape Town has to offer, you will  
not be disappointed.  
  
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.  
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.  
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.  
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.  
  
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the  
property, which is situated at 3 Four Jays Road, Lagoon Beach Waterfront, Milnerton 7441. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them  
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
