 Town. Located in the trendy GreenPoint neighborhood, you'll have easy  
 access to world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment. The V&A  
 Waterfront is just a short stroll away, offering a variety of  
 restaurants and boutiques. Table Mountain, Cape Town's iconic landmark,  
 is a quick drive, and the stunning beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are  
 within reach.  
 The Space:  
  
 Dream getaway in the heart of Cape Town's vibrant GreenPoint. This  
 spacious 3-bedroom, 2-level Penthouse is a haven of sophistication and  
 comfort. As you step into the large open-plan dining and living area,  
 you'll be immediately captivated by the floor-to-ceiling glass windows  
 that unveil panoramic views of the ocean and city. Witness the sunsets  
 and city lights like never before – the views are truly spectacular.  
 The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with  
 plush seating and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with  
 modern appliances makes dining a breeze and you'll want to eat-in every  
 night in the dining area where you can enjoy meals with a spectacular

 The 3 bedrooms are on the second level and provide ultimate comfort.  
 The main room features a King Bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in  
 shower. The second and third bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a  
 bath and shower and they feature a Queen and Double bed respectively.
