The location, apartment and facilities were excellent and the hospitality was on the same standard. Situated close to the V&A waterfront and Bo Kaap, there was little need for taxis or public transport, and there are plenty of coffee shops, supermarkets and excellent restaurants within 2 or 3 minutes walk. If we're in Cape Town again, we will seek out the loft.

Great hotel - we travelled as a large family of eleven. Staff were amazing, helping us with local transport and always fast to respond. We organized a late check out and a late lunch before our long flight back to the states. Nice surrounding area - very safe with Constantia village and the botanical gardens

8.2/10 Very good! (147 reviews)
Dissapointed in this experience. This is not a hotel, it is an airbnb all with different owners and different experiences. I checked in late with the 'agent' arriving about 1.5 hours after I arrived, my family having to wait in the lobby with all the suit cases etc. The beds had moldy/dirty sheets and it was about 11:30pm when the housekeeper came to change those out. I have to truly appreciate the poor housekeeper who was tasked to do this at the late hour and at considerable expense we spent to have her replace the sheets. There are NO sheets beyond the fitted ones on the bed. There's ony fitted and comforter. You will then sleep directly with the comforter on you. Hard pass, wouldn't do this again. Don't fall for the pictures as I did. You're basically rolling the dice that maybe, maybe you'll get a unit properly managed and with acceptable conditions for the price which is not cheap at all.
