The new owners updated all the rooms in 2021. The welcoming stairs lead to a spacious, front porch with awnings all around. It is the most perfect spot for morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine at night while watching the horse and carriages pass by. Enter the house, and find a large living room with a gas fireplace that leads to a dining room with seating for up to ten guests. The eat-in kitchen has a table that seats six and opens to a covered deck that also has a table and chairs for six. A powder room completes the first floor. The second floor has 4 bedrooms with 2 full baths with ample closet space. The third floor has 2 additional bedrooms with another full bath. The house boasts hardwood floors throughout, a detached one car garage with off-street parking for two cars. The secluded back yard is well-manicured with picturesque gardens and a beautiful pergola with overhead lighting and seating. A great place to get away and perhaps read a book. The basement includes a washer, dryer and second refrigerator.
