She was very responsive to our needs. Property was in a great location...3 minutes to Stone Harbor, 10 to Avalon and about 20 minutes to Wildwood/Cape May. Very close to wineries and breweries. The rug in the dining room had multiple stains, large amount of dust and dead bugs on the windows & windowsills, ants in kitchen, dirty kitchen cabinets, dirt/dead bugs behind the beds, & poor outside maintenance.
