It is quite a remote property which was a little nerve wracking at first as our signal was limited but the setting is worth it. Only about 20 mins to St Peters. Our main feedback was just around the compost toilet, whilst eco efficient, it does have a smell and this smell progressively got worse with more use. "This was a great adventure. It might not be for everyone but it sure was for us. There is a bit of a hike to the yurt, which made for a peaceful and secluded stay. Andrea and Clay greeted us and showed us around the place which was beautiful. There is a river right out the door that we swam in, and the yurt was so cozy inside."

The room was nice and clean and beautiful view of the water. "Excellent staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms. The second more expensive room was very nice with a fireplace. The only problem is that the fireplace is tricky to turn on. And, even though this is a large room with 2 queen beds the bathroom is very small with very little counter space. A bigger issue for me is that the building I am staying in that has the larger room has no elevator. I am 75 years old with bad knees so slugging heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs was not possible. The manager heard my story and immediately came to carry our bags up the stairs. He said when we are checking out to call him and he will take the bags to the car. "
