Comprised of connected four-bed/four-bath and three-bed/three-bath units, highlights of this one-of-a-kind waterfront escape include two main suites with lanai access, two full-size kitchens, two living areas, and three alfresco dining venues. Bring a boat and venture out on the river or the Gulf beyond, then end the day with ease as you tie up to your own private dock. Head out to explore the culture and cuisine of downtown Cape Coral or hit the sand at Fort Myers Beach. Unwind into vacation mode on comfortable furnishings in the living area. Gather to stream favorite shows on the smart TV. The guest living area is furnished with additional seating and a TV. Prepare delicious meals in the two kitchens, each equipped with a full suite of appliances. When it’s time to eat, choose from the large dining table or the island bars. Enjoy morning coffee in the sitting area off the main kitchen. This two-story, two-unit villa sleeps 14 guests total in seven bedrooms, each with a smart TV. The primary suite has a king bed, direct lanai access, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second suite has a king bed, direct lanai access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are outfitted with a king bed; both rooms have direct access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The seventh guest room features two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two guest bathrooms are configured with walk-in showers and a third comes with a tub/shower combination. An additional half bath provides added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The dock can accept a boat up to 22’ in length. The boat lift is not available for guest use. If navigating to the Gulf, there is one bridge to pass under, with a clearance of approximately 12’. An additional, nightly utility fee of $22 is required for all reservations. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nothing were missed inside the house - everything needed were there and we loved spending time in the heated pool. However, you could wish that the owners would re-invest some of the earnings into the outside of the house - the garden furniture, the pool and deck area is quite dated and could need a long overdue update and a bit of cleaning up in the garden would also help - but all in all a great stay. ##### Thomas M. We all loved the pools. The separate living space in the rear was nice, with multiple families in our group. The location was nice and quiet. While clean from dust and debris, the house is overall in need of some deep cleaning. The decor is nice, but the structure is a bit dated, paint, floors, etc are worn. Thought I was paying for both pools to be heated, yet only one was warm. Other one is ice cold and was not used at all. Would we stay again? Only if things were changed. We even got to meet the owner of the home, who was so very helpful. The pools were so refreshing for us and a great size so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Enough room that all 12-13 of us could have our own rooms and space but have dinner all together, usually on the spacious lanai. The two pools were nice. One was cloudy when we were there, but it did not stop as from enjoying it every day.We rented a pontoon while there. It was easy to dock and quick access to the river was awesome. I recommend it highly as being on The water is what makes Cape Coral special. The owner visited a couple of time and was nice, easy to talk to and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Vacasa was quick to respond with issues when we called but it is obvious there is some kind of communication gap between Vacasa , the owners and the contractors. The place was clean, convenient, and stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of towels and extra bed linens, as well as a good amount of pool towels. I had a hard time figuring out the exact setup of the house prior to arriving, so I hope this helps. The larger house side has 4 bedrooms, all located on main level. Suite that walks out to the pool has a king bed and it's own bathroom. Another bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom located right outside of the bedroom. The third bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds (that can be pulled together) with its own bathroom. The connecting house has 3 bedrooms, all with king size beds. The suite located on the main level has it's own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and have a Jack and Jill bathroom (one bathroom between the two). There is an additional bathroom downstairs right beside the kitchen. The 1/2 bath that is mentioned in the description is located outside by the pool area, which is really convenient! All appliances are up to date with plenty of room for food and beverages. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We are already considering booking it again for next year. Location is perfect! Close to eating, shopping, beaches, grocery stores.. only a 25 minute drive from the airport. So if you are thinking about booking this place for a larger group, do not hesitate!!! ##### Deanna I. Everyone had their own space with plenty of room to come together. Location was great and had no problems during the stay. Only suggestion would be more of the essentials in the kitchen as far as pans, utensils, bowls, cooking items and cups.
