The accommodations were fantastic and the location is perfect, close to everything! Everything was spotless when we arrived, the house was fully stocked with anything we could have needed (pool toys, beach toys, games, hair styling tools, bath/pool towels, wagons, coolers, etc). Could not have been happier with how responsive owner/manager were. Usually stay on Ft Myers side but the Cape was a nice change. House was close to grocery, wal-mart, and numerous restaurants. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and many of south Florida’s amenities. Our host met us upon check in to go over policies and to read the electric meter. This was our first rental where we were charged for the electricity we used aside from the room fee. While this charge was not hidden from us, it felt like we were being squeezed for a “little extra.” Had we used the pool and left the pool heater running, our “little extra” fee would have been significantly more. ##### John O.
