Welcome to Coral Paradise! This beautiful modern home in Southwest Cape Coral offers easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and is conveniently located near everything you need. Within a 2-mile radius, you'll find restaurants, a grocery store, and Cape Harbour.  
  
The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen perfect for your culinary creations, complete with stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, and a large island with seating for six.  
  
Step into the spacious great room, where relaxation meets luxury. Enjoy a movie night on the 75-inch TV from the comfort of leather reclining sofas, with the cozy ambiance of an electric fireplace. Just steps away, the wine bar invites you to unwind with a glass of your favorite vintage.  
  
For those who love a bit of friendly competition, the Poker Room awaits. It’s fully equipped with a poker table, chips, and cards, along with a selection of board games. If you prefer a quiet evening, a collection of books is also available.  
  
The master suite offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, a TV, and direct access to the lanai. The two guest bedrooms are equally inviting, each featuring a queen-size bed and a TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind.  
  
The outdoor area is a highlight of this home, featuring a shaded lanai with stunning views of the canal. The space includes an outdoor kitchen, a dining table for al fresco meals, and a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings. With a private boat dock, you can dock your boat with direct access to the Gulf, making it easy to explore the surrounding waters.
