Bonita Springs, Sanibel Island & Fort Myers beaches are all within driving distance. Some minor issues & one concerning issue occurred during our stay. The cleaning crew was somewhat lax. Kitchen floors seemed like they were not at all mopped. There was no vacuum on site for our use, we purchased a cheap on our own. The coffee pot is not a Keurig, so we also purchased one on our own. Our biggest concern was how slippery the pool area was, even just walking slowly would cause a slip when deck area was wet. We travelled with our daughter (23) and son (16). Check in was super easy and location is great. The house has 3 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have enormous bathrooms with walk in showers, soaker tubs, double vanities, walk in closets and full wall sliding glass doors to the pool/hot tub area. The 3rd bedroom is smaller but plenty big and has a regular sized bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen is large and very well stocked with everything imaginable! They provide dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, paper towels, ice, coffee maker and filters. The kitchen was also stocked with foil, saran wrap, paper plates, salt and pepper, etc but that is probably not a guarantee always. Living room was comfortable with reclining couch and good tv. There were also games and puzzles available which was a nice touch. House was well stocked with towels (bath and pool) and was very clean. The best part of the house is the 90 degree sliding glass doors that open the entire living/kitchen area to the pool/hot tub area. The pool was the perfect temperature at 90 degrees and the hot tub was great. You did need to turn it on to get it heated up, but it heats in about 10 minutes so super quick. Only negative is the tiny ants in the bathrooms… Other than that it was a nice relaxing stay with plenty kitchen space utensils and pretty much anything you need to cook and clean is available. ##### Melanie H. The house met our needs and was very spacious and clean. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were the best part of the property. Very warm and clean. The house was great. We loved the pool and hot tub. Both were the perfect temperature which seems to be rare to find. Very clean when entering. Kudo's on the pool and spa temps also which were great!
