The pictures are accurate and up to date. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous and it's located in a prime location. The only thing negative I will say is that you can tell it's a rental. This beautiful home in Cape Coral met them all perfectly! The sunsets from the pool were breathtaking, even better than the pictures. The first-floor bathroom, equipped with both a tub/shower combo and a stand-up shower, was a game-changer for our two teenage daughters who love taking long showers. My husband and I didn't have to wait long, as they could shower simultaneously - a real lifesaver! We spent most of our time in the pool, both day and night. The check-in process was simple and easy, and Tyson was fantastic to work with, promptly answering all my questions. Overall, our vacation was wonderful, and this house made all the difference. The pool was a hit and everyone loved the house. The space was perfect for our group, with lots of room. The place was very clean and the views were amazing. We rented a boat from a nearby marina and tied off to the dock located right on the property. The kids enjoyed fishing in the canal right off the dock in the backyard. But the view was the best, especially from the pool/deck area. It was spectacular, we watched the sunset every night of our stay. The host was easy to get ahold of if needed and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. The girls and I went for a walk every morning. The property owners were very responsive and helpful when contacted. We had a couple complaints during our stay. The master shower doesn’t get warmer than tepid, so our entire group ended up using the single upstairs shower. The grill’s ignition switch doesn’t work, so we had to light the gas grill by hand (dangerous). Some small items were missing in the kitchen - scissors, a working can opener, no Tupperware/food storage containers. Over all the property is lovely. The heated pool felt divine. The view over the water is extraordinary. I highly recommend this location, especially if they fix the showers. ##### Kelly M. We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday there. All we could say was wow. A truly stocked kitchen with everything a home should have. Clean rooms with plenty of space. The master has a lovely view of sunsets or just sitting and reading a good book. The pool was perfectly heated upon our arrival. The boat dock was adequate for our 24 foot boat and had ample space for 4 jetskies. We had a lovely time in the house on the water and just plain ol relaxing and destressing... nice neighborhood and marinas close by. If you have a boat or skis bring them. My son caught his first fish off their pier. Good memories. Plenty of islands and restaurants near by to eat and explore. All in all a 5 star rating. ##### Carlos A. We even canceled two of our planned out events to stay in. Communication via text when we had a mix up at check in was quick and efficient. It was my job to be sure we had enough room to eat together and enjoy a girl's night in.....the dining room did not disappoint. Having the kayaks and life vests available was definitely a bonus! Several of the ladies had never kayaked and enjoyed the opportunity to do so in a calm, safe setting. A day trip to Sanibel turned out perfect without us having to pay Sanibel prices. When we got there we were amazed by all the space and the beautiful view but when we started taking a closer look we noticed it wasn’t what we thought we were getting. The paint in the pool was chipping very badly so when we were swimming there were a whole bunch of paint chips floating everywhere. The pool is advertised as a saltwater pool, but it had a chlorine floater. There was live bait left in the freezer which stunk up the house when you opened it. The beds were nice and the rooms were big and slept a lot of people. The downstairs shower was nasty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while but the upstairs shower was nice and big! The communication with the host could have been better, I had to ask 4 different times if they had beach chairs available and it took 2 days to get a non automated response. The kitchen was okay, it was stocked with anything you could’ve needed from bowls to plates to pots and pans, it was just dirty. The dishwasher seal had come off when we opened it so we had to be careful when using it. The dock was gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. If they cleaned this place up a bit we would definitely come back! ##### Lauren C.
