When we entered the home, it was absolutely spotless! We had everything we could possibly need for our vacation, including beach towels. Vacasa was extremely responsive whenever we called. We had a few minor issues which included a broken patio loveseat. Vacasa already had purchased new outdoor furniture and was brought over the next day. The smoke alarm went off three times in a span of 2 hours and since it was at midnight and it didn’t go off anymore that night, they came the next morning and replaced the battery.
