The cleanest condo in Cape Coral - Heated Hollywood style Olympic sized pool is always 90 degrees and gorgeous, with equally gorgeous hot tubs. One of the hot tubs is surrounded by rocks with cascading flowing water. The pool and hot tubs are pristine!!! You've arrived!! The cleanest condo in Cape Coral!!! And, all utilities are included!! What more can you ask for! Absolutely not damage from the hurricane and all restaurants are open! Beautiful gated community in Banyan Trace. Sip your coffee out on the screened-in lanai and take in the breathtaking garden and far away views! Take your walks on the cart paths of the old golf course in Cape Coral with the mature stately trees and open fields with beautiful banyan trees that surround your every move. Attention to every detail was given to this park-like setting. Immaculate well-maintained home! Two-bedroom and Two bathrooms, with a beautiful screened balcony.
