Thank you for staying with us. I apologize about the condition of your floor. That is unacceptable. I will speak to my housekeeping staff regarding it. We have started major renovations throughout the property and will continue to do so moving forward. This past off-season we completed redid the guest bedrooms including all furnishings, mattresses, flooring, TV.s, window treatments, linens, AC units among other items. We have also started outside work including the new outside pool patio, pool furniture, fire pit, and much more. We are constantly looking for ways to improve. The Town Crier was just recently purchased before this summer season started; we will be closing this winter for renovations & updates to the rooms. The updates will include all new split a/c units, new furnishings & smart TV's. By next season there will be many changes to the property, including additional outdoor areas with fire pit and more seating. We understand your concerns & will remedy what we can as soon as possible (i.e. sink & shower leaks).

We do run a midweek special from time to time, even in the summer months! August is peak season here on the Cape & weekend rates are definitely going to be higher than midweek. But otherwise, housekeeping does not enter guest rooms. We allow the guest to decide if they want any staff to enter their room. We also keep extras supplies (towels, soap, coffee, etc.) at the front desk as an alternative This should have been explained to you at check-in. I apologize if it was not. Hi Alan, I am very sorry to hear about the noise issues. While we accommodate guests with dogs, we do have strict policies that guests should be abiding by. If there is a complaint about a dog barking, we do handle it immediately. If you would like to call and discuss this issue further, we would be happy to do so.
