Quiet location with hilltop view.

Cons: The front desk staff should smile once in a while and acknowledge guests. The cleaning staff was friendly.
The seaglass inn is nestled on a hill top in the west end. The location is quiet and relaxing and the sunset view was amazing. My room was clean and neat. Continental breakfast was a plus. The front desk staff however was less that friendly and did not acknowledge anyone entering the lobby. Had the staff been more attentive I would have given the inn 5 stars.

Unbelievable hospitality

Posted 07-Aug-2016
The most friendly staff I have encountered. Everyone is so personable and makes you feel like they've known you forever. Positive part of location is that it is quiet and not part of the main strip, however that may be negative for some people if they want to be centrally located to downtown. Beach access and bike trails are fairly close. A bit pricy but overall no complaints.

A Great Weekend Getaway --

Posted 27-Jun-2016 on Hotels
This family run & owned hotel/motel has been nicely refurbished - we were in one of the older rooms that was spacious and well-kept & clean with very comfortable bed. The AC worked well but was an older unit. There are totally renovated king suites but they were taken when we made our reservation. Located about a mile from center of Provincetown, it is a quieter restful location with beautiful well maintained garden with seating areas and a beautiful heated pool. Hotel has Spa facilities which we plan to use when we return in October. The service is friendly and the free shuttle in an electric oversized beach buggy (takes 6 people ) adds to the charm! Having parking is also a benefit. The home-baked goods were more than delicious ... an added benefit to the healthy hearty continental breakfast included. Coffee/Tea and homemade cookies in the lobby also wonderful.

Great service in a no-frills hotel close to the be

Posted 20-Jun-2016 on Hotels
The old Best Western has been reborn as the Seaglass. While the updates are mostly cosmetic, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel offers great service including complimentary breakfast and a cute golf cart shuttle to get you into town. The location is a bit out of the way of the main restaurant, gallery attractions of Provincetown but very convenient for walking to Herring Cove or renting bicycles across the street at Gale Force for a ride around the dunes.
