Good bang for the buck

We had a nice quiet overnight stay. We used the Jacuzzi and pool and enjoyed it. The room was clean. No complaints. We'll be back this off season.

Pros: it was directly on the beach .. so it was great in the morning for a nice walk
Location: Close to PTown, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle!
clean rooms.. nice pool.. hot tub was broken... murphy bed provides extra space, but it could have been a little more comfortable.

The hotel overall is what I expected. It's dated, quaint, not a 5 star resort, has amenities that are desirable and is close enough to the main area of Provincetown. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful and they have a lot of good discounts with other local businesses. My room was dated and not the highest level of high end comfort but it's consistent with other local hospitality providers. With tennis courts, two pool options, breakfast/eatery on site, ample parking and being close to town there's a lot to like. If you're looking for an updated, current, style with high level comfort you won't find it here because it's a seasonal area with limited financial resources to support those efforts. It's quaint, it has charm and the pics online set a realistic expectation.

You need to replace carpet in Lobby, stairs, common area, and hallways. They are very dirty and shoe poorly.

NOT AS REPRESENTED!

Posted 24-Aug-2016
Pros: WAS CLOSE TO TOWN, CLOSE TO OCEAN, WAS CLEAN
Cons: ASSIGN PARKING , GET A/C, DONT LABEL YOURSELF A RESORT MOST PLACES ON CAPE HAVE A POOL AND TYPICAL 1 OZ BOTTLES OF GENERIC SOAP
Location: SHOP EAT
NO PARKING BY ROOM , BAD ELECTRIC OUTLETS, NO A/C WHAT!!!, YUP NO A/C, WE HAD CRACKED URINE SOAKED TILES IN BATH, NOT SAFE SLIDING DOORS DON'T LOCK WELL, STAFF WAS GREAT UPON CHECK IN BUT THEN TURNED INTO TYPICAL WE DONT CARE YOU ALREADY SIGNED IN TUFF. ROOMS WERE CLEAN WORTH 100 125 FOR THE AREA AND TYPE OF QUALITY, NOT 220+ DEFINITELY NOT A RESORT FOR GUESTS ONLY THE MEMBERS GET THE GOODS, THE AMENITIES ARE TYPICAL OF MOTELS NOT RESORTS!! OUTSIDE POOL WAS OK , DID NOT GO TO THE INSIDE ONE. WAS CLOSE TO OCEAN AND PTOWN.AND VERY NOISY YOU CAN HEAR EVERYHTING AROUD CAUSE YOU DONT HAVE A/C OR A WALL FAN UNIT AS MOST HOTELS DO, THEY HELP BLOCK OUT NOISE ALL AROUND
