Pros: WAS CLOSE TO TOWN, CLOSE TO OCEAN, WAS CLEAN
Cons: ASSIGN PARKING , GET A/C, DONT LABEL YOURSELF A RESORT MOST PLACES ON CAPE HAVE A POOL AND TYPICAL 1 OZ BOTTLES OF GENERIC SOAP

NO PARKING BY ROOM , BAD ELECTRIC OUTLETS, NO A/C WHAT!!!, YUP NO A/C, WE HAD CRACKED URINE SOAKED TILES IN BATH, NOT SAFE SLIDING DOORS DON'T LOCK WELL, STAFF WAS GREAT UPON CHECK IN BUT THEN TURNED INTO TYPICAL WE DONT CARE YOU ALREADY SIGNED IN TUFF. ROOMS WERE CLEAN WORTH 100 125 FOR THE AREA AND TYPE OF QUALITY, NOT 220+ DEFINITELY NOT A RESORT FOR GUESTS ONLY THE MEMBERS GET THE GOODS, THE AMENITIES ARE TYPICAL OF MOTELS NOT RESORTS!! OUTSIDE POOL WAS OK , DID NOT GO TO THE INSIDE ONE. WAS CLOSE TO OCEAN AND PTOWN.AND VERY NOISY YOU CAN HEAR EVERYHTING AROUD CAUSE YOU DONT HAVE A/C OR A WALL FAN UNIT AS MOST HOTELS DO, THEY HELP BLOCK OUT NOISE ALL AROUND

This hotel is NOT beachfront!!!

Dont be fooled! The pictures you see on the website makes you think it's a beachfront hotel, and it's not! We were very disappointed when we arrived and were told the main bulding,or as they call it, the "members building" only is beachfront. By the way, the short strip of sand they call beach is nasty, seaweed everywhere. We had to drive about 2 miles to get to clover, which is a nice beach that you can enjoy with your kids. We stayed for 2 nights, housekeeping never bother to show up, even though we left the sign on the door before we left to the beach. Sad experience...

Unwanted Leftovers

It's not the worst hotel in the world but I don't think I would stay here again. I booked through expedia which didn't tell us that our room on the third floor didn't have ac. I'm not sure which hotel nowadays doesn't have air conditioners in the rooms especially in the middle of the summer. The 1 fan in the room just wasn't enough to cool us down so we were basically sleeping in our sweat all night. When we got to our room we wanted to rest a little before going back out for the day. Upon laying down we noticed food on the floor that maintenance never cleaned. When we called about the food left on the floor and that the room was too hot because we didn't know about the ac, the only thing they offered was the room next to us which didn't have ac either. They also told us there is no maintenance after check in time so no one would come up to clean the food left on the floor. The next morning when we checked out we complained and they offered breakfast coupons but we already had breakfast and told them that. For paying over $200.00 for the night it would have been nice for a partial refund considering the room was dirty and hot but the staff did not seem apologetic they just seemed like they were going through the same motions with any customer complaint. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the water views from the room were beautiful.

The beach is good! There are different in morning and evening. Amazing ! It's convenient to stay on the family rooms!

Sufficient...we had multiple interactions with one particular member of the staff that were quite uncomfortable...she was very unfriendly and gruff

The room smelled of smoke. The pool area was very cold and seemed dirty.

Apologies for not responding sooner. Although we have a non smoking policy there are times when guests ignore our policies and we do our utmost to eliminate odors. If you should ever have this experience with us again, please let us know immediately so that we can either fix the problem or move you to another room.
