Spring on Cape Cod

Posted 21-Apr-2016
Pros: Close to Provincetown and the beach.
Location: The location was good. Near Provincetown and on the beach. The Truro Vineyards are close by. Good location for summer activities.
We wanted to take a mini vacation with our grandsons so, we decided to combine that with a visit with family. We chose this location because it was central to everything that we wanted to do. I suppose that technically it is a condo however, it really is just small hotel rooms that have been sold off as condos. I had hoped that it would be a bit roomier, there were four of us staying in this one room and without the murphy opened, there wasn't enough room for everyone to sit and watch TV in the evening. If you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this place is great. If you are traveling with younger children and won't be partaking of the night life, you might want to find someplace a bit bigger. The pool is closed to children after 8:00 pm so there really wasn't much else to do at this time of year but to stay in the room after that.

It was a nice hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and nice. The pool is really warm and nice especially because we satyed on Thanksgiving weekend.

Close to beach.

Pros: It had a kitchen and separate bedroom
Cons: Plumbing, all day coffee and rolls provided as told to us. Washing machines rusty and dirty. Sign says the water at the location is rusty so beware.
Location: Most businesses closed at time we stayed there. If you want lobster got to grocery and have them steam it as price is exhorbitant in the restaurants.
We reserved beachfront, paid for it then received e-mail building would be closed. Were quoted a price reduction of $50/night received $40/night. Overlooked front parking lot had to drive to a beach. Leak under kitchen sink entire visit enough to soak two bath towels. When I spoke with person who gave us price she stated she remembered the $50/night credit did math wrong. I do not know if we will get full credit or not.

Cons: A real bed!
There was nothing indicating not only was it a full size bed for two guests, it was a murphys bed, that was broken and sunken in at the head board. The silver wear was dirty and had to be washed twice. This was more of a motel for those who live in the area as opposed to a hotel. Would not stay here again. ALSO! Expedia takes American Express, NOT THE HOTEL for incidentals. Very inconvenient.

Glad we had a place to stay!

Posted 03-Nov-2015 on Hotels
My friend and I stayed over Halloween night. We booked last minute, and were very happy to get a place near the center of town! I bet during the summer rush this would be an entirely different experience. The weather was chilly, so we had to keep the windows closed and it was very musty smelling and the room was worn. The people were friendly enough tho'--no issues there at all. Just glad we had a chance to stay over and enjoy the Halloween events.

Good Ammenities, warm pool

We had an enjoyable stay. Staff provided good recommendations on food and taxi service. The pool and hot tub were delightful. The beds, however, were broken down and supper saggy. Back pain aside, I liked the place.

Oct 31st stay

Posted 02-Nov-2015
Pros: Close to town and had a nice kitchen area and recently renovated.
Cons: Needs sound proofing.
Location: Convenient to the main street in P Town and great strip of beach behind if you dont mind the reeds.
Biggest complaint was the noise issue. Thin walls and creaking overhead floor. Was asleep but the unit above me woke me up at 2:30 am because of walking above my head. Also could hear everything thru the thin walls. Was fine for a one night stay only.

Super Strandlage!

Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Empfang, sehr große Zimmer, zwei Bäder in der Suite. Super Lage direkt an Strand, teilweise etwas abgewohnt
