Very good stay with my family, kids had lot to do, pool, soccer, tennis, comfortable, clean, good breakfast. Only think that is disappointing, Internet. Do not go waiting for any Internet connection.

Disappointing
We were disappointed from the jump. Front desk girl was not welcoming bordering on grumpy and disinterested. We came to find out they don’t have extra blankets available. There are no phones in the rooms if you have a question or problem, the breakfast is awful microwave food, nothing like pictured on the website. Outside looks great, they need to pay attention to the details and friendliness.

Consistently, this property comes up as best choice for the price. Spacious clean rooms, clean bathroom, I especially like that the vanity has a wide counter - many places would have it so tiny, no room to set my toiletries & makeup pouches. Breakfast included is a nice touch, especially considering the moderate pricing. This year, I liked the tastes a little less than last year for some reason, but still nice and convenient. Staff is very, very helpful and pleasant, they really went an extra mile as I had some special requests - very accommodating

*I want to preface this by saying this review is not reflective upon the staff personally, who were kind. We booked this place for one night while we were out on the Cape. When we first got there, there was no staff the check us in, we rang the bell a few times. I had to call the office for someone to come check us in. She was nice and otherwise had a smooth check in. Initially upon getting into our room everything seemed OK. There were few small updates. Upon further inspection there were numerous scuffs, dents, stains of unknown substance in various places. There were random tape strips on the bottom of the shower, hair on the walls and and a rusty drain. We were too afraid to shower without sandals on, and the water pressure was more of a water sprinkler with terrible pressure. The towels were so thin you could see through them. The sink was not in the bathroom but right outside it, over carpet which was concerning for developing mold. There were few small hairs in the bedsheets and we ended up sleeping on top of the sheets fully clothed, with our hoodies pulled over our head. The breakfast was OK- coffee, tea, bagels. There were those steamed scrambled eggs and the sausage was not warm. I opted for the make your own pancake station while my boyfriend only ate homefries. The grounds were kept nice with lounge chairs and a playground. We paid $200 for the night but which was the cheapest on the Cape for that night, but we honestly considered sleeping in our car instead.

The property was comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean. They had a problem with internet access. I made them aware of it four times and nothing was done about it. I asked to speak to the manager so I could assist, but absolutely no response. The internet issue was a major problem, as I use the internet to perform business whether it be professional or personal. My connection would drop periodically and stay down for about 10 min each time. It seems that the management company feels that the internet connection is a luxury. It's not. It is required.

loved the grounds-kept up very nicely ideal and affordable for families with young children. pool and bathrooms need updating though. loved location and close to beaches. wish there was an outdoor pool. Complementary breakfast was okay but not kept stocked for amount of people staying there. overall though it was a nice stay.staff was nice.loved the outdoor games, sitting area and spacious area and fire pits!

Didn't feel clean at all. Looked like the shower had remanence from people that stayed before us. Didn't even end up staying the night but it was a no refund policy so paid $300 for nothing.

It was a last minute decision to stay an extra night on the Cape. It's not fancy...at all! The room smells and looks clean but the carpeting is sketchy. The beds were extremely comfortable!

Check-in experience was mediocre, not unusual at a hotel at this level. Staff wasn’t willing to help with the wildly oppressive chemical smell in the room. By the next day, I was able to air out the room, and with the overwhelming chemical smell gone, a musty/moldy smell was revealed (perhaps having something to do with the sink being in a carpeted area?), The front desk manager was pleasant and kind, though apparently not authorized to make reparations. Continental breakfast was small but good.

The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom needed some updating. Not sure if they were starting to update it, there was paint on the floor, and the shower didn’t have a cover over the drain. The carpet was dated and looked dirty. The lighting next to the sink needs to be brighter. The breakfast was good, and the outdoor area had lots to do.

Everything was excellent in the property starting from Check-in, Rooms appliances, comfort, breakfast, children's play area to check-out. The process was seamless and people are responsive and guided me for all the questions asked. Only one suggestion is to clean the floor carpet as it was a little sticky though it was new.

The only downfall was check-in. We went to the office and found a note to go to another building. It took almost an half hour to check-in. Then the keys didn't work. The room was very nice. Bigger than most. Comfortable, clean.

Memorial Weekend Stay
Our first stay with this low budget fully renovated hotel . Clean, quite, nice simple breakfast,indoor pool and green relaxed patio with plenty of comfortable chairs,kids playground. We were the only family in a swimming pool - the water was warm, clean and plenty of towels. Kids really loved it. They don't have a hot tub or outdoor poll. Our TV didn't work . I wish they had a good WIFI - this is a big problem with many hotels on Cape. No surprise here! Location is good,close to many attractions,beaches and restaurants. Hotel is next to the busy Main Street . You can not hear car noise in the room.Wish they had some sort of tree fence that can block the view from the street. A big thank you to the staff - friendly ,hard working team!
