Comfortable, but needs some upgrades and cleaning

The room itself is comfortable enough. Good size. Nice beds. Plenty of space. But it definitely has some faults. I've stayed in this hotel two years in a row for Women's Week. Interestingly, they assigned me the same room each year. There is a crack in the middle of the door that hasn't been repaired. I think they need to do that! We got a small infestation of moths because of an open window. (No screens. They need to add those, too.) As some died off, they fell on the floor. Housekeeping never cleaned them. I left them to see how long it would take for housekeeping to do something - but they never did. So, it makes me wonder exactly what they cleaned. Or perhaps they just made the beds, replaced the towels, and went on their way. (I mentioned to the desk. They said they'd talk to the head of housekeeping. But they didn't seem too sorry about it.) Overall, it's a good hotel - priced well, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. They just need to fix things up and do a better job with cleaning while people are staying there.
