Great location and fair price for Cape Cod. The owner was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and how to use the ferry. We would definitely return!

We loved the location of this property. It is near the HyLine Ferry with a partial view of Lewis Bay, it is also close to several Restaurants and Bars, a short walk to downtown Hyannis, several beaches and is centrally located on Cape Cod. Our room was very clean and had nice amenities like a refrigerator, microwave and dishes. It has a great location across from Hyannis harbor. It is a family run hotel and the owners went out of their way to be helpful. We found the price to be a good value for the area.

The Positive Reviews Are True!
The positive reviews are true! This is a charming little hotel to stay in, with reasonable pricing, exceptional cleanliness and a convenient location within walking distance to ferries and good seafood! But the kind owner was definitely the highlight of this hotel! He’s very friendly, attentive and clearly treats this hotel like it’s his personal home, with us being his house guests! I’d definitely stay here again when visiting the cape.

Your comments are puzzling. You informed us that you would be arriving late, and we made arrangements for a late check in about which you were happy and complemented us. You said that you would be leaving very early in the morning, well before the front desk opens. You were given instructions on how to self-checkout and were supplied with a phone number to contact should you need anything. We never received any phone calls from you. Like most other lodging on the Cape, our office is not open 24 hours, our opening hours are clearing posted on the reservation information which you acknowledged as you contacted us about late check in.

All properties around very expensive especially during season. This hotel is a value for the money very clean staff exceptional. I highly recommend staying here. Do unit is dated however, it is functional and clean. The bed is soft and comfortable.

The location is really good, across from the ferries and a short walk to Main Street. The room was older, a bit dated but it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet at night, got a great nights sleep. Will stay here again

Great location, friendly staff. Issues: 1) disfunct kitchen stove that were notified after booking. 2) the room has a musty smell - the room appears hasn’t been renovated for decades, the carpet needs to be replaced.

My wife, son, and I stayed for one night for a birthday getaway. We are so glad to have found this place! It was excellent. Clean and quiet with a small kitchen. Great place to stay. We will be back!!

The hotel is very convenient to the Hy Line ferry and as others have noted Raj is a very gracious host. If you book you just need to know that many of the kitchen appliances and furniture looks like they are there since the 1980's. There is nothing wrong with that but just know what to expect.

We took advantage of the motel's excellent access to the ferry, leaving our car at the motel and walking to Steamship Authority dock. We appreciated that our motel room had a refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, plates and glassware. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for the long Labor Day weekends and simply loved the exleriemce. We had seen rave reviews on Expedia and Trip Advisor before we booked and Raj lived up to every single word of his and the property’s reputation. It is not lavish, but superbly run and maintained, at an unbeatable location and walkable to everything from the ferry to restaurants to the beach and parks. We went with a 1 year old and did not want to spend too much time in the car while on vacation. Harbor House Inn is forever on our list to go to and make lifelong memories.

Great hotel for a great price.
Great hotel choice if you’re planning a trip to Hyannis. The room was large, and very clean. The property is right across from the marina, and has amazing sun rises. Also only a couple blocks walk to the Main Street in town.
