We stayed at this Inn a few years ago and were quite satisfied with the accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised at this stay, with the upgrades they have made.

Quiet and cozy
Stayed for one night to visit Provincetown. Our room was very cozy and quiet! Check in was quick and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay if you keep your expectations straight. I had an emergency and need to leave a day early. Got a refund with no questions asked. Very close to the rail trail.

Not clean, had spider webs and stains on the sheets. We actually ended up sleeping elsewhere as we were not comfortable here. Location was decent and close to beaches and P-Town.

I enjoy staying at the Blue Dolphin
I have stayed here more than a few times.the rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly. The pool is nice. Having a little padio in a nice setting is a bonus. I reccomend the Blue Dolphin. The price isnt cheap but it is reasonable.

It was great to have a small back patio as part of the room. The patio opened to common green space with picnic tables, a fire pit, and hammock. The restaurant next door is excellent. The staff were helpful.

Very convenient location for activities on the outer cape. A little run down for the price but peak season I guess. When I booked the site said last room but the place was not sold out and I saw an ad for 45% off for last minute bookings. Maybe next time I will wait til last minute to book

When we arrive at the room, it was full of insects. Flies, mosquitos and this very little annoying stink bug beetle. The main door requires a screen. The room smelled ike wet rug after overtime use,l(musty) we had to go buy air refresher to spray because the smell was strong. The unused clean clothes we had in our bag ricked like that without even coming out of the luggage. Front desk guy was very friendly and allowed us to check in early, that was very nice. Pool was unexpectedly warm and pleasant. Overall stay was good except for the smelly room.
