In my opinion, if you want a hotel that is not too expensive but comfortable, you can choose this hotel. Facing the ocean with plenty of parking space next to your room!

Staff was very friendly and professional. Great location, oceanfront. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. The property and our room was clean. Not a perfect room. It had minor imperfections but still nice. I would stay again.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. Noise was minimal and I stayed at the busiest week of the year with a marathon, indoor nationals, soccer tournaments and a USA field hockey clinic

The location is good, right at the beach. The staff is friendly. The hotel is outdated and the breakfast is very limited. I will not recommend it.

Customer service was awesome. Front desk people were friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very pleasant. The view is spectacular and the room was clean.

Friendly staff. Breakfast basic but plentiful. Room clean except for carpet had something like baking sprinkles on it beside the bed so wasn’t vacuumed well. Fire alarm sent us running outside in a panic. There was no escape diagram posted anywhere in our room!!

I loved everything but the fitness center. Good for most but some would appreciate some dumbbells atleast. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

Check in required a hold on a credit or debit card -- not outlined in any of the booking info. One night's stay was charged to the card on file prior to arrival -- not outlined in booking info. Lots of other things regarding this hotel. Was not impressed. Do not recommend.

The view was nice but that was about it. The floors were dirty and the toilet seat had pee stains on it. They only gave us 4 tiny pillows for a king bed and when I went to call for more I realized the phone was broken. I went to the front desk to ask for more and they told me they didn’t have any. They also didn’t notify us that they were under construction and the pool was unusable.

I liked the view. Absolutely beautiful. The pool was good but a little cold. The room was nice except the door was very hard to open. Maintenance was called but never showed up until we were in for the night on our last night. Breakfast was good liked it started at 5:30.

This was a great price to stay oceanfront for 2 nights and the room was relatively clean, but housekeeping needs to clean surfaces closer to the floor like the bottom front of toilet, bottom front of tub, bottom edge of couch and bottom frame of bed. They all had questionable "streaks of substances". Also the pool was disgusting and we couldnt believe anyone went in it. There was a visible layer of oil and scum on the surface and you couldn't even see to the bottom in the deep end.

We missed breakfast because no one told us upon checking in that their schedule for breakfast was changed to until 9:30 am and not until 10am anymore. Person at the front desk in the morning was rude.

House keeping and staff great! Sanitary fine. Property seemed a little run down. Gum in elevator carpet, tile base repaired with white caulk not painted, paint pealing on patio ceiling, stain buildup in corners of tile, hall doors chipped paint. We thought if we reserved in the upper cost bracket we'd get upper ambiance.

Oceanfront view was beautiful, right on Boardwalk. Found a dead roach when we entered the room. Strong smell of marijuana in hallway. Eggs at breakfast were WAY too salty. Large TV in room. Beds were pretty good.

I do apologize about the roach that you found and the smell of marijuana in the hallway. The roach should have been found by our housekeepers or inspectors unless it ran out and died after it got sprayed or something like that. Again, I apologize. The marijuana smell, sometimes we get rebellious people who go against the rules. But we do try to deter them by telling them that they will be charged a 250 cleaning fee if they are caught smoking in the room. For the eggs being salty, I'm not sure why they would be salty because we don't put any salt on them when we put them out. We only cook them and put them out plain. We let you put the salt on them. But thank you for your feedback we will continue to use it for the betterment of our hotel.
