"Very good staff and very clean room."

"The outside of the facility and the pool area was clean and neat. Soda and snack machines are in two locations on the ground floor. The staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and replenished frequently. Our room had very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the tub was very dirty and had not been scrubbed for weeks. I spoke to the woman at the front desk and she was thoughtful apologetic and resolved the issue. I would stay here again."

"OK place to stay. They have wifi, but it does not connect to the internet, so what's the point? After check in, they asked if I needed help with anything and I asked for directions to a nearby parking garage and was told to access Google Maps. The property was clean and the location good for what we needed, but nothing special."

"The room was lovely. You could tell this is a newer building. I will say that only one elevator was working, so that was a bit of an issue. And the breakfast while complementary and nice to have was not good at all, but overall the stay, which was only overnight was very good."

"This is an old facility that needs a major refresh; but, it was clean, affordable and in a good location."

"Originally booked room with double beds. It was not available upon arrival. The non-smoking room was soaked in old nicotine remnant fumes. The room was infested with german roaches. The surroundings of this place reminded of L.A. streets, definitely not family friendly. We could not stay and sleep after all and did not receive any refund .The present staff did not have authority to help with satisfactory resolution. An email(as the only given option) to the owners was not answered in more then a week now. Not recommending it to anyone."

"Great place to sleep the night before cruising out of port Canaveral!! We had an easy check-in! Lady at front desk was very nice! Room was clean! No soap in room (hand ) or (body) although it’s not a hotel it’s an extended stay. So remember your essentials!! We would stay here again!! "
