Excellent service. Very nice pool area. Convenient to a few restaurants and they give a list of places and distances to them to eat which was very helpful. Felt safe walking. Shuttle to ship was easy to book. Free breakfast was a bonus. Tea and coffee available to make in the room

Very run down....Seriously the place was falling apart. We paid for a "suite" for four days. The room they gave us had old beat up furniture, nothing in the bathroom worked except the toilet (thank god). The fan did not work, the faucet in the sink twirled around the tub and shower faucets also broken. I immediately complained and asked to be moved, unfortunately they were booked and could not move us until the third day. Construction going on next door, very poor lighting and dangerous coming into property.

The property was fine for an overnight stay before we boarded our cruise ship. The breakfast was average and fortunately they had waffle makers which are always hot and fresh. They did have limited fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins and breads, toaster, the eggs we ok and diced ham. The transportation to cruise ship was easy and convenient and affordable $8 a person.

Checking in was awful. Neither employee knew what they were doing which caused the check in to be a 20 minute process. Shannon was quite rude at different points. The TV signal went in and out all night so there might as well have not even been a TV in the room. There is construction happening all around the building outside which causes the noise level to be quite loud. Was not impressed with my experience at all.

The property is perfect for when you need to go to your ship. Very close to the port. Comfortable, clean, nice rooms. Just one issue was the TV kept losing signal. Everything else was perfect.

It was a very nice location to stay. Pool and hot tub were great after a long day of travel. Was close to the port for our cruise. The price was on the high side for me. Restaurant close by had great food.

Room had a terrible musty odour. Toilet had broken handle. The ceramic was broken so there was no quick fix that could have been made by maintenance that night but the room should never have been rented out.

Spent 3 nights March 2024 The rooms were spacious and clean Parking available on compound The breakfast was very poor. No housekeeping services were offered for the 3 nights we spent there. A bit over priced for the quality of breakfast offered.
