This Hotel is CLOSED!
Expedia- get it together! This hotel has been closed since 9-9-17. I was not notified of this and arrived at hotel at 7:45PM October 4, 2017, after a 3 hour drive in the pouring rain. I then had to scramble around trying to find another hotel that had availability, I ended up paying $100 more for the night and had to pay to park my car for our cruise! NOT HAPPY!
Had I been notified that the hotel was closed, i could have made some calls to see about another room, or just not reserved a room at all. Once i was on the other side of the state i was stuck with needing a room for the night.
Due to Expedia not being on the ball, this trip cost me an additional $164 that I was not expecting to spend. Even now, not on the ball, asking me to review a hotel that you know i could not stay in. Wasting my time!!

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We are sorry to hear that you were not made aware prior to your arrival that the property has already been closed at that time. We understand how frustrating it can be especially that you came from a long drive. This is certainly not the kind of experience we would like you to have. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be forwarded to the hotel management to ensure that situations like this won't happen again. We look forward to seeing you again in any of our Country Inns & Suites hotels in the future.
