Hotel Closed

I’m sure this hotel is lovely. In a great location and the lobby seemed nice. Staff very pleasant and helpful... unfortunately I booked through Orbitz and wasn’t informed the hotel was closed due to the recent hurricane until I got there. Staff did the best to work with me and assist in finding another hotel. From the looks of the hotel exterior and interior (of what I could see), the stay here would’ve been amazing.

This Hotel is CLOSED!

Expedia- get it together! This hotel has been closed since 9-9-17. I was not notified of this and arrived at hotel at 7:45PM October 4, 2017, after a 3 hour drive in the pouring rain. I then had to scramble around trying to find another hotel that had availability, I ended up paying $100 more for the night and had to pay to park my car for our cruise! NOT HAPPY! Had I been notified that the hotel was closed, i could have made some calls to see about another room, or just not reserved a room at all. Once i was on the other side of the state i was stuck with needing a room for the night. Due to Expedia not being on the ball, this trip cost me an additional $164 that I was not expecting to spend. Even now, not on the ball, asking me to review a hotel that you know i could not stay in. Wasting my time!!

Hotel Closed!!!

Our hotel was closed and no one notified us. We pulled up to hotel with two small children with sign on front door indicating closure. We assumed it was due too hurricane Irma causing problems. Now, we hope the best for the hotel and it's up and running again sometime soon, but we were left stranded and very upset of not getting any notification!! Obviously, not too many people are aware of hotel closure as I am still getting asked for reviews on the hotel! We were not the only people this happened too, the hotels in the area indicated it was happening to many others

Cruise

This hotel was perfect for my family. Shuttles to and from the port, excellent staff from front desk to shuttle driver. I will definitely be staying here again. Oh yeah, breakfast was awesome.

Fine, Basic Hotel for a night before a cruise

We just came in for a night ahead of a cruise. We thought the hotel was pretty basic and fine what we needed, but a bit overpriced for the experience. For the cost, the parking and shuttle service to the port should be included. Beware...there is little in the area open late for food if you come in late.

stayed Aug 2017 for cruise in Port Canaveral. very clean, friendly staff, good complim brkfst. quick drive to shopping and restaurants. very close to port.

Two pieces of equipment seems to be out of order in the fitness area-otherwise the stay was fine. Carpet, etc. is wearing but I am sure this location gets constant use.

Had an issue with my card not opening exterior door. Had to walk around the hotel on 4 different occasions after I was assured my card was fixed.
