Detached house with private swimming pool, wifi and air conditioning, located south of Lucca on the outskirts of the small characteristic village of Colle di Compito with small shops and restaurant within walking distance.

This place offers you the highly requested accomodation form which means a completely private house with private pool and a small village within walking distance.
The house is brand new with beautiful interiors in a modern style in contrast to the beautiful, exposed wooden beams in the ceilings. A successful combination to emphasize the Tuscan style in a lighter and brighter version. Each room has large glass doors opening up to the garden which allow the light to flow in.

The house consists of:
Entrance into living room with kitchen corner and smart tv (gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle). The bedrooms are located on each side of the living room, each with its own bathroom, so the house is not only suitable for families with children but also for two couples travelling together.
There is a double room with a wheelchair friendly bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom (beds can be joined together) with a private bathroom with shower.
The house is surrounded by a fenced, child-friendly garden with grassy areas and olive trees.
The view from the house and the garden is overlooking the olive groves.

The 8,5 x 5 meter swimming pool, with a depth of 1.40 mt is completely private and is not shared with anyone. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times. Around the pool there are sun loungers and a covered terrace (with barbecue) where you can eat your meals outdoors or just sit in the shade and check the children in the pool. There is also lounge furniture where you can relax or have a drink before dinner.

The house is equipped with safe, ironing facilities, washing machine, air conditioning, internet wifi, mosquito nets.
The very helpful owners Cristina and Marco live in the neighboring house and will keep the pool clean for you without disturbing your privacy.

Orlando villa Capannori

The villa was exactly as described and the hosts were very helpful, friendly and just wanted to make sure that we had everything we need . The villa is a fantastic place to stay set in a lovely small Italian town that had all we needed . everyone was very friendly and helpful . There is a supermarket only 2 to 3 km away. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in the beautiful area of Tuscany.

Det hele var som sådan godt, det er et skønt hus med rigelig plads til 4 personer og et dejligt poolområde med den skønneste udsigt. 1. Når der er 4 personer, skal der også være 4 liggestole. 2. Sæt prisen op med et symbolsk beløb i stedet for at charge ekstra for air-condition, det bliver ret låst. 3. Evt. opdater teksten omkring området, så der ikke står 'indkøbsmuligheder, markedsplads', selvom vi kørte rundt i området og i den angivelige landsby, fandt vi ikke det der lignede, men skulle alligevel køre de 4,5 km. til Conad supermarked. Syntes ikke der er meget at komme efter i netop Colle de Compito.

Ich glaube wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr großzügig angelegt und wir hatten durch die Umzäunung eine gute Privatsphäre. Die Aufteilung der Räume im Haus ist sehr komfortabel. Zu Fuß kann man ein Restaurant, eine Pizzeria und kleinere Läden im Ort gut erreichen. Der Besitzer Marco ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bei Problemen schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft.

We really enjoyed our time at the villa!

The villa is set in a picaresque rural position with walking access to a couple of very good places to eat. The inside and outside of the property are well equipped, clean and well maintained. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. It is a lovely place to spend a week recharging.

Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa en strand bereikbaar binnen 20-45 minuten. Restaurant in het dorp is prima, wel even oppassen , Italiaanse wegen zijn niet voorbereid op voetgangers.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern.

WLAN hat zunächst nicht funktioniert, aber wurde repariert. Der Vermieter Marco wohnt nebenan und hat sich gut gekümmert. Wir hatten leider viel Regen, dafür ist der eine Raum/Küche etwas klein und ungemütlich. Aber bei gutem Wetter ist der große Garten und der Pool bestimmt toll. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

En kanon god ferie i Italien

Vi havde lejet Orlando i Toscana fra den 15.-22.juli. Det fungerede super fint med vores bestilling, jeg skriver altid til Danitalia, hvis vi holder ferie i Italien, meget nemt at skrive på dansk sammen med Elisabeth, som er meget hjælpsom. En handicapvenlig bolig anviste Elisabeth og det var den. Det fungerede upåklageligt efter mit handicap. Jeg mangler et ben, og sidder i kørestol. Hele boligen var meget kørestolsvenlig og der var et nemt tilgængeligt bad. En badestol er en nødvendighed at medbringe hjemmefra, hvis man er afhængig af en sådan. Christina ville prøve at anskaffe en sådan. Vi havde vores egen private swimmingpool, hvilket gjorde, at jeg kom i poolen efter 10 år uden at være kommet i en pool. Der var trapper ned i poolen, og med faldunderlag på, således de ikke var glatte. Vi havde en meget flot udsigt fra huset, og vi kørte rundt i meget smukke omgivelser af oliven - parker. Et meget venligt par, som vi boede ved i Italien, de var meget hjælpsomme. Vi havde en kanon god ferie i Italien, vi kommer gerne igen. Anette

What a wonderful stay!

It was really amazing. We really had a great stay. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and a really quiet location. The house is nice and tidy and you have everything you need. The pool is nice and big and the adjoining terrace is very practical. We had a great time. Would we book again anytime.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Orlando. Cristina and Marco were easily reachable and improved the accessibility of the property for wheelchair dependant persons within a day after our recommendation! Really appreciated. The house is very clean, and there is all you might need to enjoy your stay. Great communication also with Elisabeth.

Alles perfekt und der FC Bayern München hat sich am Tag unserer Ankunft das Triple 2020 geholt. Unvergesslich! CL Sieger! Die rot-weiße Fahne hat eine Woche am Pool geweht. Unsere Gastgeber waren überaus nett. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt voll genießen!

Fantastisch vakantiehuis en zwembad

Wij waren de eerste gebruikers van het gloednieuwe vakantiehuis en zwembad. Het geheel was super compleet ingericht, fraai afgewerkt, schoon en heerlijk rustig gelegen. De verhuurders waren erg aardig en zeer dienstverlenend. Wat ons betreft absoluut een aanrader!
